History
In January 2016, the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs published bylaw on categorisation of state roads.[1] With new categorisation, R-23 was created from several municipal roads.

gollark: Anyway, is it not often more convenient to add by code? You can just get an egg, then put in its code, versus putting in your scrollname, checking the box, and all that.

gollark: Basically, my hatchery is currently best for topping up views but not unique views.
gollark: Views are capped at 15 * unique views.
gollark: That'd explain why it's stuck in the hatchery and hasn't been removed.
