Qorçu
Qorçu (also, Qorçi and Korchu) is a village in the Lachin Rayon of Azerbaijan.
The Village was occupied by the armed forces of Armenia in 1992 during the Nagorno-Karabakh War, in which one resident of the village, Ilyas Shahveldov died. The population the village at that time was 654.
The village is 64 kilometers away from Lachin, and is 1884 meters above sea level. It is located near a large forested area.
There are among other things, a high school, a library, and a post office in the village.
The village is sustained by agriculture consisting mostly of livestock.
