Küləbird (also, Güləbird, Gyuleberd, and Gyulebird) / Tsakhkaberd (Armenian: Ծաղկաբերդ — castle of flowers) is a village de facto in the Kashatagh Province of Republic of Artsakh, de-jure in the Lachin Rayon of Azerbaijan.
