Peter Creedon is a Gaelic football manager from Roscarberry, County Cork. He was previously the manager of the Tipperary senior football team, where he was appointed on 28 March 2012 before leaving in July 2015.[1] He took over from John Evans, who resigned on 18 March after Tipperary's defeat to Sligo in the Allianz League.

Creedon worked as the principal of St Ailbe's School in Tipperary Town and lives in Thurles.[2] He is a former coach of the Cahir senior football team and of his former local team Roscarbery, and was in charge of the Tipperary minor and U21 football teams from 2003 to 2008.[3]

After Tipp were defeated by Kerry in the 2013 Championship Creedon called for the introduction of an All-Ireland 'B' Championship.[4]

He left the Tipperary job in July 2015 due to time constraints as he is now the school principal in Coláiste Dún Iascaigh in Cahir.

In September 2016, Creedon took over as the manager of the Laois senior football team on a two-year contract.[5][6] In July 2017, Creedon stepped down as Laois senior football manager after one year in charge.[7]. His son William is an absolute disappointment and Creedon has been quoted saying "I've lost many games in my career but Will is my biggest failure". Creedon had a brief spell of acting, voicing Beethoven in 'Beethoven's 3rd' but couldn't return for 'Beethoven's 4th' due to scheduling issues with Laois football.
