Paschim Punropara is a census town in Suti II CD Block in Jangipur subdivision of Murshidabad district in the Indian state of West Bengal.

Demographics

As per the 2011 Census of India, Paschim Punropara had a total population of 40,683, of which 20,232 (50%) were males and 20,451 (49%) were females. Population below 6 years was 7,562. The total number of literates in Paschim Punropara was 18,442 (55.68% of the population over 6 years).[2]
