Party of Pensioners of Ukraine

The Party of Pensioners of Ukraine (Ukrainian: Партія Пенсіонерів України) is a political party in Ukraine registered in November 1999.[1]

History

The party was not allowed to participate in the electoral alliance "Rainbow" in the Ukrainian 2002 parliamentary elections.[1]

The party ran independently in the 2006 parliamentary elections winning 0.20% of the votes and no seats.[1]

In the 30 September 2007 elections, the party failed again as part of the Bloc of the Party of Pensioners of Ukraine to win parliamentary representation.[1] In the 2012 Ukrainian parliamentary election the party won 0.56% of the national votes and no constituencies (it had competed in 6 constituencies[2]) and thus failed once more to win parliamentary representation.[3] The party did participate in the 2014 Ukrainian parliamentary election; but again won no seats.[4] The party did participate in the 2019 Ukrainian parliamentary election (only) in selected single-mandate constituencies, but won no votes .[5][6]

gollark: I mean, webapps are a thing which exists, but a lot of sites... aren't that, and just need to render some text and images.
gollark: (always)
gollark: Also, I have a perfectly good solution for much of the modern internet: just don't use JS and switch to plain CSS/HTML. You do not actually need it.
gollark: If I were designing it *from scratch*, I think I would mostly just put in an existing programming language (Lua!) with coherent design, design the APIs more coherently and asynchronously, fix the cross-origin security model from the start, that sort of thing.
gollark: How exciting. I MUST populate all cons cells with apiary forms.
