North Indian cuisine
North cuisine is a part of cuisine, from the region of Northern India which include cuisines of Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Chandigarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.[1]
