Northwest (Icelandic constituency)
Northwest Constituency is one of the six constituencies of Iceland. Its major town is Akranes. It elects 8 members to the Althing.

Geography
It borders with the constituencies of Northeast Constituency, South Constituency, Southwest Constituency and the coastline nearby Akranes is located close to the one of the North of Reykjavík. Its territory includes the glaciers of Drangajökull, Eiríksjökull, Snæfellsjökull, Þórisjökull and, at its south-eastern borders, the northern part of the Hofsjökull and Langjökull.
