Natasha Mannuela Halim[1] (born May 9, 1994) is an Indonesian model and beauty pagaent titleholder. She was crowned Miss Indonesia 2016. She represented Indonesia at the Miss World 2016, where she made it to the top 5.

Miss Indonesia's title

Natasha Mannuela succeeded the incumbent 24 February 2016 and held the title until 22 April 2017. After that her crown passed to Achintya Holte Nilsen, winner of Miss Indonesia 2017.

Biography

Natasha, familiarly called Acha, is S1 student studying business at STIE Prasetiya Mulya. Born in Belinyu, Bangka-Belitung, she has an interest in ballet and the piano. She worked with a team in managing the business "LOCAPOCA SANDALS" in the field of fashion in 2014. She has also been involved in social activities together with City Changer Community.

Beauty Pageant

Miss Indonesia 2016

Acha won beauty contest Miss Indonesia 2016 as a representative of the province of Bangka Belitung Islands and replace selected as the winner of Miss Indonesia 2015 Maria Harfanti. In the contest held on February 24, 2016, Acha won over 33 other contestants from various provinces in Indonesia. Her rival in the top five, Editha Aldillasari of Bengkulu, Dian Bernika Silalahi from North Sumatra, Song Paramadita of Lampung, and Nabila Astrid of Riau Islands, each elected as the Runner-up I, Runner-up II, Runner-up III, and Runner-up IV.

Miss World 2016

As Miss Indonesia 2016, she represented Indonesia in the global paegent Miss World 2016. In the contest which was held on 18 December 2016, she was winner of the Miss Beauty With A Purpose 2016 and the continental Miss World Asia 2016. It is third time in a row where the country won the challenge event Beauty With A Purpose since 2014, and the second time after Maria Harfanti won the continental Miss World Asia 2015.

Natasha eventually became the second runner-up of Miss World 2016, following Maria Harfanti who was also the second runner-up of previous year.[2]
