Mostapha Sahel

Mostapha Sahel (5 May 1946 in Ouled Frej, El Jadida 7 October 2012 in Rabat[1]) was the minister of the interior of Morocco. He holds a degree in public law. He used to be minister of fishing. His successor was Chakib Benmoussa. After leaving the government he held the position of advisor to King Mohamed VI until his death.

Mostapha Sahel was also the CEO of the Tourism and Real estate firm SOMED.[2]

Biography

In 1964 he obtained a literary Baccalauréat from the Lycée Mohammed V of Casablanca in 1964 and graduated in 1967 from the Mohammed V University in Rabat with a Licence degree.[3] In 1969 he obtained a DES (Diplôme d'études supérieures) from France, a defunct French degree which was required for the Concours of civil service.[3] In 1970 he joined the Inspection General de Finances.[3]

gollark: Evolutionary fitness is also not the same as physical fitness.
gollark: That's plausible I guess, but it's possible that many of those could have been avoided (and your definition would count this as "fitness", even). I'm pretty sure it's still less common than, well, other day to day bad things.
gollark: Are those *common*? I don't think I know anyone who's actually experienced any of those. Except maybe animals, very broadly.
gollark: I mean, most common bad situations are going to be along the lines of "someone was rude to me at work" or "my car broke down", not "I must run away from a thing very fast" or "I have to lift a several hundred kilogram object for some reason".
