It was the only single released from the soundtrack. Released in 1997 for Warner Bros./Qwest Records, it was produced by the Trackmasters (then known as Poke & Tone). The five rappers wrote their own verses.
"Men of Steel" was a success, reaching #87 on the Billboard Hot 100, #10 on the Hot Rap Singles[1] and #53 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks.
