Abul Muzaffar Manuchehr was the seventeenth independent Shah of Shirvan.[1]

Reign
Very little information is known about his reign except numismatics. He was likely emir of Ganja during his father's reign.[2]

gollark: I was able to find, *somehow*, what looks like the source of the FM radio native code/app from about four years ago on github.
