Kamen Rider Build

Sento Kiryu

Sento Kiryu (桐生 戦兎, Kiryū Sento), born Takumi Katsuragi (葛城 巧, Katsuragi Takumi), is a scientist and the main character/titular Rider of Kamen Rider Build (仮面ライダービルド, Kamen Raidā Birudo). Originally from an alternate reality where Japan was divided into three regions by the actions of an alien being known as Evolto, Sento caused his reality to be absorbed into the "prime" Kamen Rider universe after using the Pandora Box to erase Evolto's existence from Earth's history.

Due to Another Build's creation, Sento lost his memories as Build before Sogo arrived to Nascita to seek his help. Sogo's presence causes the Build Ride Watch to appear in Sento's pocket as he and Ryūga regain their memories. The two would later help Sogo by giving him their Ride Watches before Sogo and Geiz time travel back to their world in 2017 to defeat Another Build's past iteration while establishing a bootstrap paradox.

  • Year 2017: Sento encounters a time-displaced Sogo on November 30, 2017 while he and Ryuga were still in their reality, and deduces Sogo is from the future. Both of them would encounter Sogo again, this time with Geiz, as the four of them fought Another Build together. During the fight, Sento gradually loses his powers and memories as a Kamen Rider; to the point where he started referring to himself as his original identity, Takumi. To prevent Sento's past from being permanently altered, Sogo gives him and Ryuga the blank Ride Watches that they would later give to Sogo in 2018.

During the events of Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever, Sento and Ryuga were traveling when Shingo Hisanaga appeared to them out of nowhere, saving him from Another Double. After that Sento decides to follow Shingo when he is found by Tid, when he tries to attack him he is possessed by him, but in the end it is discovered that it was a plan to discover his plans. In the end, he discovers together with Sogo that they actually belong in the TV world and were summoned to the real world by Ataru Hisanaga; after discovering Tid Sento's plans together with the Heisei Kamen Rider they decide to end it.

Ryuga Banjo

Also returning from Kamen Rider Build, Ryuga Banjo (万丈 龍我, Banjō Ryūga) is a former professional fighter who can transform into Kamen Rider Cross-Z (仮面ライダークローズ, Kamen Raidā Kurōzu). Like Sento, he was originally from an alternate reality where Japan was divided into three regions by Evolto until Sento merged their reality with the "prime" Kamen Rider universe.

Due to Another Build's creation, Ryuga lost his memories as Cross-Z before Sogo came to Nascita to seek Sento's help. Sogo's presence causes the Cross-Z Ride Watch to appear in Ryuga's pocket as he and Sento regain their memories. The two would later help Sogo by giving him their Ride Watches before Sogo and Geiz time travel back to their world in 2017 to defeat Another Build's past iteration.

  • Year 2017: Ryuga encounters a time-displaced Sogo on November 30, 2017 while he and Sento were still in their reality. Both of them would encounter Sougo again, this time with Geiz, as the four of them fought Another Build together. During the fight, Ryuga gradually loses his powers and memories as a Kamen Rider. To prevent Ryuga's past from being permanently altered, Sogo gives him and Sento the blank Ride Watches that they would give to Sogo in 2018.

During the events of Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever, Ryuga and Sento were traveling when Shingo Hisanaga appeared to them out of nowhere, saving him from Another Double. After seeing that something happened to Sento when he went to find Shingo, he decided to look for him along with Sogo encountering Sento who was supposedly possessed, but then they discover that it was all part of their plan, then he joins the Heisei Kamen Rider to end Tid's plan.

Eiji Akaso (赤楚 衛二, Akaso Eiji) reprises his role as Ryuga Banjo.[1]

Smash

Also returning from Kamen Rider Build, the Smash (スマッシュ, Sumasshu) are a group of monsters born when human victims are unwillingly exposed to Nebula Gas as part of Faust's experiments. A time displaced Sogo encountered the Strong Smash Hazard in the year 2017 just as it was killed by Sento and Ryuga. When the Build Ride Watch was destroyed following a temporal disruption, several Smash were brought to Sogo's world from an alternate timeline where Build and his allies were defeated.

Also returning from Kamen Rider Build, Guardians (ガーディアン, Gādian) are mass-produced androids that acted as enforcers for each of the divided nations of Japan. In truth, they were sleeper agents for Namba Industries, Faust, and Evolto as part of their combatants.

When the Build Ride Watch was destroyed, Faust's Guardians were brought into Sogo's world from an alternate timeline where Build and his allies were defeated.

Kamen Rider Evol

Also returning from Kamen Rider Build, Kamen Rider Evol (仮面ライダーエボル, Kamen Raidā Eboru), whose true identity is the alien Evolto (エボルト, Eboruto), was the main antagonist of his home series; possessing Misora's father Soichi Isurugi and assuming the Blood Stalk (ブラッドスターク, Buraddo Sutāku) identity to further his goals before he was eventually defeated by Sento and his allies.

After the Build Ride Watch was destroyed, an alternate reality version of Evolto was summoned to Sogo's world to join Another Decade's army of past Rider villains. While assuming the Cobra Form Phase 1, Kamen Rider Evol retains his final form's ability to generate black holes . Although he managed to defeat Grand Zi-O's Double CycloneJokerExtreme, he was destroyed by Sogo's awakening as Ohma Zi-O.

Instead of being vocally reprised by Tetsuo Kanao (金尾 哲夫, Kanao Tetsuo) or physically reprised by Isurugi's actor Yasuyuki Maekawa (前川 泰之, Maekawa Yasuyuki), he appears in a non-speaking role.

Emu Hojo (宝生 永夢, Hōjō Emu), a young doctor and a genius gamer, is the main character and titular Rider of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid (仮面ライダーエグゼイド, Kamen Raidā Eguzeido) with the assistance of Parad.

He initially attacked Zi-O and Geiz after mistaking them for enemies. Like Build and Cross-Z, he loses his memories of being Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, as Parad was erased from existence altogether due to Another Ex-Aid's creation. Even in spite of his twisted counterpart's creation, he was able to retain some of his previous memories. He later gives the Ex-Aid Ride Watch to Sogo, entrusting him with his powers.

  • Year 2016: Encountering Another Ex-Aid, Emu transforms into Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and assists Sogo and Geiz by fending off the Bugsters summoned by his twisted counterpart until his powers faded away before witnessing Zi-O defeating Another Ex-Aid. He is then given a blank Ride Watch to connect him to Sogo in the future.

As the events of Ex-Aid was already removed due to Another Ex-Aid's creation, Kuroto was rewritten as a game developer who was pressured by his father's perfectionist attitude until Heure transforms him into Another OOO (アナザーオーズ, Anazā Ōzu). Within the span of eight years, Kuroto established the Dan Foundation (檀ファウンデーション, Dan Faundēshon) as a mega-corporation and proceeded to create an independent nation as King Kuroto Dan (檀 黎斗 王, Dan Kuroto Ō). He kept both Eiji Hino and Hina Izumi imprisoned before Sogo freed them by posing as his royal guard. While Geiz Genm Armor distracted the present Another OOO, Sogo and Tsukuyomi went to the past to defeat his past self with the OOO Armor. In 2019, Kuroto Dan was assaulted off-screen by Hiryū to harvest the OOO Another Watch, before using said form to attack the former host of Another Build.

  • 2016: As Another OOO, Kuroto committed patricide to usurp his father's position as the CEO of Genm Corp. before facing Geiz Genm Armor. Unfortunately, since it was not the date of his creation and the Ride Watch used to counter him was incorrect, Geiz and Tsukuyomi were forced to retreat as Kuroto revives from his destruction.
  • 2010: In the middle of his writer's block, Heure transforms Kuroto into Another OOO. Sogo appeared after the fact and defeated him with the OOO Armor.

As Another OOO, he can fly like a hawk, slash enemies like a tiger, and jump like a grasshopper. Using Cell Medals, he can create or transform someone into a monster that resembles Waste Yummy, similar to the Greeed in Kamen Rider OOO. His Another Rider form's back plate number has a cracked 0 that makes it resemble a 6; a nod to his debut as Kamen Rider Genm in 2016. Additionally, he was in possession of the Genm Ride Watch through unknown means until he dropped it when the Taka Watchroid attacked; which Geiz claimed for his own use.

In the original timeline, he is the mastermind of the Kamen Rider Chronicle MMO project and both the first and second Bugster outbreaks Zero Day, as well as another Patient Zero like Emu Hojo, who can transform into Kamen Rider Cronus (仮面ライダークロノス, Kamen Raidā Kuronosu).

As a result of the Time Jackers' actions, Masamune was never imprisoned and retained his position as CEO. However, his obsession for Kuroto to become successful resulted in his death in 2016; his son usurping him moments before Geiz and Tsukuyomi arrived too late in an attempt to prevent it.

Instead of being reprised by Hiroyuki Takami (貴水 博之, Takami Hiroyuki), Masamune Dan is portrayed by an unidentified actor during his scene in 2016, whereas photos of his actor appeared within Sogo's Time Mazine to explain the chronology of Kuroto's rise to power.

  • Year 2011: Taking place during the Chameleon Zodiarts arc, Fourze's fight with the Scorpion Zodiarts was interrupted by the creation of Another Fourze, causing both the Rider's power and Horoscope to vanish. At some point in time, Sogo would give him a blank Ride Watch to connect with in the future, as he entrusted it to his former club advisor, Ohsugi.

As revealed in episode 6.5 of Kamen Rider Zi-O: Supplementary Plan, Kisaragi's actor Sota Fukushi (福士 蒼汰, Fukushi Sōta) was unable to reprise his role as he was busy filming for Bleach, forcing an unidentified actor to stand-in for his cameo appearance. In 2018, he met Amanogawa High School student Karin Yamabuki, who asked for his help in stopping Sakuma by killing her, as they were both from the Ryusei School like Kusaka was, which attracts the attention of both Sogo's group and Takumi. • Year 2015: Makoto appeared in the midst of a Gamma Command attack while joining forces with a time-displaced Takeru prior to the creation of Another Ghost, managing to quench his Rider forms immediately before denying his powers.

Ryosuke Yamamoto (山本 涼介, Yamamoto Ryōsuke) reprises his role as Makoto Fukami.[8]

Shibuya and Narita

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ghost, Shibuya Hachiōji (八王子 シブヤ, Hachiōji Shibuya) and Narita Kisarazu (木更津 ナリタ, Kisarazu Narita) are two ascetic monks from Daitenkū-ji.

Takuya Mizoguchi (溝口 琢矢, Mizoguchi Takuya) and Reo Kansyuji (勧修寺 玲旺, Kanshūji Reo) reprise their roles as Shibuya and Narita respectively.[8]

Kamen Rider Dark Ghost

Returning from Kamen Rider Ghost: The 100 Eyecons and Ghost's Fated Moment, Kamen Rider Dark Ghost (仮面ライダーダークゴースト, Kamen Raidā Dāku Gōsuto), whose true identity is Argos (アルゴス, Arugosu), was the first born son of Adonis before he succumbed to a plague and was resurrected as a Gamma.

In an alternate reality, Argos succeeded in his plans before he was summoned to Another World by Swartz to join his Dark Rider army and help him achieve his goals. He was destroyed by Geiz Revive Goretsu.

Instead of being reprised by Ryo Kimura (木村 了, Kimura Ryō), he appears in a non-speaking role as Dark Ghost.

Kamen Rider Decade

Tsukasa Kadoya

Tsukasa Kadoya (門矢 士, Kadoya Tsukasa) is a photographer who was initially the feared Destroyer of Worlds Kamen Rider Decade (仮面ライダーディケイド, Kamen Raidā Dikeido) and the former leader of the interdimensional Dai-Shocker organization before he lost his memory and aided various alternate versions of his Kamen Rider predecessors in averting a dimensional convergence that threatened all of reality. While Tsukasa initially possessed the ability to harness the powers of his predecessors, his upgraded Decadriver, the Neo Decadriver (ネオディケイドライバー, Neo Dikeidoraibā), allows him to use the powers to transform Heisei Kamen Riders that succeeded his original era, including Zi-O. He stored half of his power into his own Ride Watch and gives it to his spiritual successor Zi-O through Geiz.

Seeking to change Sogo's destiny of becoming Ohma Zi-O, Tsukasa assumes his previous title as the Destroyer of Worlds to oversee and destroy Sogo's world if he fails in his mission. Tsukasa first reveals himself when, after assisting the Time Jackers and Another Ghost, he arranges for Sogo to acquire the Decade Ride Watch before sending the youth and Tsukuyomi to the year 2068 so the former can get a glance at his future self.

Next, Tsukasa traveled to April 24, 2009, where he posed as the driver of the bus that a young Sogo was riding before Swartz attacked. Tsukasa saved Tsukuyomi from being a casualty and brings her through time to the Ohma's Day, where Swartz selected Sogo to become Zi-O before sending her back to 2019. During the Another Kabuto incident, Tsukasa takes Tsukuyomi to the year 2058 in order to help her learn the truth behind her powers.

After the timeline was completely distorted following the second Another Den-O's defeat, resulting in Hiryū Kakogawa becoming Another Zi-O II as well as the tyrannical lord of the present day instead of Ohma Zi-O and Sogo's allies losing all memory of his existence, Tsukasa decides to help Sogo recover his allies' memories, while aiding the rebels against Another Zi-O II. However, this was all part of Swartz's plan to steal Tsukasa's rider powers and become Another Decade, leaving him with his ability to manipulate dimensional walls. He later brings Sogo to Swartz's Another World, where he trapped people in order to summon Dark Riders to fight for him.

As Swartz attempts to kill both Sogo and Tsukuyomi, Tsukasa shields them before asking Sogo to return his Ride Watch in order to regain half of his Rider powers. Following this, they are able to save Daiki from the Zi-O II Another Watch's control; finally destroying the indestructible Another Watch with the combined efforts of Decade as Zi-O and Grand Zi-O. Following this, Tsukasa decides to help the Time Riders in their final fight against Swartz. After Sogo sacrifices the power of Ohma Zi-O to change his destiny, Tsukasa and Kaito see how the timeline has changed from afar.

Tsukasa's past iteration returned during the events of Heisei Generations Forever and Over Quartzer to assist the Heisei Kamen Riders against Tid and the Quartzers with his original Decadriver.

Masahiro Inoue (井上 正大, Inoue Masahiro) reprises his role as Tsukasa Kadoya.[9]

Daiki Kaito

Also returning from Kamen Rider Decade, Daiki Kaito (海東 大樹, Kaitō Daiki) is a dimension-hopping treasure hunter who becomes Kamen Rider Diend (仮面ライダーディエンド, Kamen Raidā Diendo) after escaping his dictatorial world and obtaining the Diendriver from the World of Decade, allowing him to summon holographic duplicates of past Riders. During his travels, Daiki forms a friendly rivalry with Tsukasa as they occasionally join forces against the Dai-Shocker army, and later freed his home dimension from Jashin 14's dictatorship.

Daiki appears in the world of Zi-O to steal the Time Riders' Ride Watches as they're this world's treasure, though the former stole them back. He takes White Woz's Future Note as compensation before being contacted by Ohma Zi-O, who has him use a dimensional wall to contact his past self and Geiz. Daiki later returns during a time distortion caused by Hiryū to acquire the Zi-O II Another Watch, joining the Time Jackers while Swartz bestows him the ability to manipulate time. But Daiki acts on his own agenda, secretly handing Ora and Heure the Grand Zi-O Ride Watch so Sogo can restore the timeline while maintaining his cover and later steal Hiryū's Zi-O II Another Watch in the fight's aftermath.

Sometime later, Daiki uses the Zi-O II Another Watch's power to revive Tsukasa, who was killed by Swartz, but the watch corrupts him and possesses his body. When Tsukasa gets his Rider powers back, he uses Zi-O's powers and works with Grand Zi-O to save Daiki from the Another Watch's control; finally destroying it. Following this, Daiki joins the heroes in ending Swartz's evil plan. After that, he and Tsukasa see how Sogo changed his destiny from afar. In Kamen Rider Zi-O Next Time: Geiz Majesty, Kaito helps Geiz in his fight against White Woz, because he had stolen his powers, returning his powers to Sogo and Alpina, he is also in charge of giving Geiz Majesty Ride Watch temporarily with his Secondary Rider Cards, after the defeat of White Woz he recovers his powers, but before leaving Geiz hits him because he realized that he only used them to recover his powers.

Like Tsukasa, Daiki has an upgraded version of his transformation device called the Neo Diendriver (ネオディエンドライバー, Neo Diendoraibā), which allows him to use the powers to summon Heisei Kamen Riders that succeeded his original era.

Kimito Totani (戸谷 公人, Totani Kimito) reprises his role as Daiki Kaito.

Kamen Rider G

Returning from a short special meant to commemorate Kamen Rider Decade and the 10th Heisei Rider Series, Kamen Rider G (仮面ライダーG, Kamen Raidā Jī), whose true identity is Goro (吾郎, Gorō), is a man who was previously brainwashed into joining the terrorist organization, Shade. When his girlfriend, Eri Hinata, was threatened, Goro regains his memory and becomes the eponymous wine-themed Rider to save the world from Shade's terrorism.

In Kamen Rider Zi-O the Movie: Over Quartzer, Kamen Rider G appeared as part of the reinforcements who stood against the Quartzers.[4]

Kamen Rider Double

Kamen Rider Double

Kamen Rider Double (仮面ライダーW (ダブル), Kamen Raidā Daburu), is the titular two-in-one detective Kamen Rider who transforms with a pair of Double Drivers and work for the Narumi Detective Agency, taking over after his predecessor/mentor Sokichi Narumi was killed during the Begins Night incident. When transformed with the Lost Driver on their own, only one of Double's halves can transform into separate versions of Double's primary half changes. During Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever, both halves of Kamen Rider Double were absent and only their past iteration appear to join the Heisei Rider team in against Tid's forces. According to Tsukasa Kadoya, an alternate reality exists wherein Double was defeated by Eternal, the latter was summoned to Sogo's timeline by Swartz in 2019.

  • Shotaro Hidari (左 翔太郎, Hidari Shōtarō) is the left-half and main body of Kamen Rider Double and also Kamen Rider Joker (仮面ライダージョカー, Kamen Raidā Jōkā). Succeeding Sokichi as the detective of his agency, Shotaro tries to live up to his late mentor's fame; even proclaiming himself as a "hard-boiled detective". When Philip uses the Fang Memory, he becomes the main body while Shotaro becomes the mind; still using the Joker Memory (due to his partner's now formerly weakened condition and the Joker Memory being the only Gaia Memory capable of negating the Fang Memory's berserk side effect). Although he was absent during the emergence of Another Double, Shotaro was in possession of the Double Ride Watch before he entrusted it to the Master of Fuumen.
  • Philip (フィリップ, Firippu), born Raito Sonozaki (園咲 来人, Sonozaki Raito), is the right-half and mind of Kamen Rider Double and temporarily Kamen Rider Cyclone (仮面ライダーサイクロン, Kamen Raidā Cyclone). While using the Fang Memory, he becomes the main body, but requires the Joker Memory to negate its berserk side effect. Prior to having his name changed to Philip, he was the third child and only son of the Sonozaki family as well as the chosen avatar of True Gaia Memories' knowledge after his death and subsequent revival; gaining full access to it in the process. After escaping his family's criminal organization, the Museum, after Begins Night, Philip becomes the target of the Sonozaki family until his father's death and losing his life during the final confrontation against the Utopia Dopant. Thanks to his sister Wakana's sacrifice, Philip was resurrected within the span of one year before revealing himself. While he was absent during the emergence of Another Double, his Gaia Library (which Philip used for investigation purposes) was accessed by Black Woz.

Although there's no confirmation of whether Shotaro Hidari's original actor, Renn Kiriyama (桐山 漣, Kiriyama Renn), was capable of returning to reprise his role, according to Philip's original actor, Masaki Suda (菅田 将暉, Suda Masaki), he almost appeared on-screen, but his working schedule is solid booked for another two years.[10]

Ryu Terui

Returning from Kamen Rider W, Ryu Terui (照井 竜, Terui Ryū) is the Superintendent appointed to the Futo Police Department's Paranormal Crime Investigation Division (超常犯罪捜査課, Chōjō Hanzai Sōsaka). He became Kamen Rider Accel (仮面ライダーアクセル, Kamen Raidā Akuseru) to put Dr. Shinkuro Isaka to justice for murdering his family until he learned the dying criminal wasn't the only one connected to said murder. After the Sonozaki clan and Jun Kazu's Dopants are defeated, Ryu married the daughter of late-Sokichi, Akiko and had a daughter named Haruna.

In Kamen Rider Zi-O Next Time: Geiz Majesty, Ryu came to Sogo's high school to investigate Kasshine's appearance, helping Geiz and Alpina when they went to rescue Sogo.

Minehiro Kinomoto (木ノ本 嶺浩, Kinomoto Minehiro) reprises his role as Ryu Terui.

Master of Fuumen

Also returning from Kamen Rider W, the Master (マスター, Masutā) is the owner of the "Fuumen" (風麺, Fūmen) ramen cart in Futo. During the events of Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever, he gives the Double Ride Watch to Sogo, per Shotaro's wish during the youth and Ataru's visit to his cart.

Hiroshi Doki (道木 広志, Dōki Hiroshi) reprises his role as the Master of Fuumen.

Katsumi Daido

Returning from Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate and its prequel Kamen Rider W: Returns Eternal, Katsumi Daido (大道 克己, Daidō Katsumi), the current Kamen Rider Eternal (仮面ライダーエターナル, Kamen Raidā Etānaru), is the leader of a band of mercenaries known as NEVER, the undead super soldiers reanimated by Foundation X as part of the Necro-Over project set up by Daido's mother, Maria S. Cranberry.

In an alternate reality, Daido succeeded in destroying Futo before being summoned to Another World by Swartz (after the latter trapped Sogo's classmate Owada and made him take Daido's place) to join his Dark Rider army and help him achieve his goals; going up against Kamen Rider Aqua when the future Rider tried to stop him. While he overpowered Zi-O, Eternal is tricked by the Time Rider into obliterating Another World and return Swartz's victims to the real world. While Sogo apologizes for the deception, Daido shows him respect as he's content with reuniting with his NEVER comrades before fading away.[11]

Mitsuru Matsuoka (松岡 充, Matsuoka Mitsuru) from SOPHIA reprises his role as Katsumi Daido.

Utopia Dopant

Also returning from Kamen Rider W, the Utopia Dopant (ユートピア・ドーパント, Yūtopia Dōpanto), whose true identity is Jun Kazu (加頭 順, Kazu Jun), was a researcher from Foundation X who acted as a liaison to whoever the Museum allied themselves with. He was also the first bearer to the mantle of Kamen Rider Eternal, before Katsumi.

An alternate reality version of the Utopia Dopant was brought to Sogo's world following the Double Ride Watch's destruction. Assisting Another Decade as part of his army of past Rider villains, Utopia defeated Grand Zi-O's Gaim Pine Arms until he was killed by Ohma Zi-O.

Instead of being reprised by Gong Teyu (コン・テユ, Kon Teyu), he appears in a non-speaking role.

Kamen Rider Den-O

Ryotaro Nogami

Ryotaro Nogami (野上 良太郎, Nogami Ryōtarō) is a jinxed orphan who lives with his older sister as they maintained their late parents' restaurant, Milk Dipper. Due to his status as a singularity, Ryotaro was recruited by Hana and Owner of the DenLiner to become the eponymous Kamen Rider Den-O (仮面ライダー電王, Kamen Raidā Den'ō). Since Ryotaro on his own can only access the weak Plat Form, he required the Tarōs' (and occasionally, Sieg's) help to obtain different forms until he was granted the Liner Form. Although he relinquished the Rider Pass after the DenLiner crew's final fight with Kai, Ryotaro would occasionally assist them afterward.

During the events of Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever, being immune to the Time Jackers' time alterations, Ryotaro and the DenLiner Police teleport Sogo's party, Another Den-O, and his minions into the KingLiner, as each of the Tarōs take turns possessing their old comrade to defeat their monstrous doppelganger. Although Ryotaro remains possessed by Urataros for his entire scene, Momotaros saw through the deception and assured their human partner that he would always be remembered.

Takeru Satoh (佐藤 健, Satō Takeru) reprises his role as the original adult Ryotaro Nogami, whose return was suggested by producer Shinichiro Shirakura, as neither of the production crew were aware of it. To ensure that Satoh's participation would remain hidden, Shirakura advised the media to only expose the former's presence during the movie's premiere date.[12]

Tarōs

Also returning from Kamen Rider Den-O, the Tarōs (タロウズ, Tarōzu) are a quartet of four benevolent Imagin that form contracts with Ryotaro Nogami and since then took up residence within the time train, DenLiner (デンライナー, Denrainā). They represent different forms of Kamen Rider Den-O by possessing Ryotaro and occasionally receive help from the swan-like Imagin Sieg, who represents Wing Form. In the middle of the series, the Tarōs obtained the K-Taros, which allowed them to combine into Climax Form. In the aftermath of their final battle with Kai, the Tarōs ceased to exist, but returned as a result of their time with Ryotaro; as well as obtained corporeal forms, which allowed them to become Den-O independently. Under Owner's suggestion, they founded the DenLiner Police (デンライナーポリス, Denrainā Porisu) to keep rogue Imagin in check.

During the events of Heisei Generations Forever, Ryotaro's status as a singularity allowed them to intervene by saving Sogo's party and defeat Another Den-O. A year later, when the DenLiner becomes stranded in 2019, they cross paths with Sogo and his friends again while enlisting Sogo's great-uncle Junichirō to help repair the DenLiner. However, a new Another Den-O attempts to steal it in order to prevent his sister Sayuri's death, while eliminating the Mole Imagin which Sayuri's boyfriend Yukihiro unintentionally made a contract with. In the midst of his revenge plot, Another Den-O II winds up bringing the remaining Taros and Junichirō along with him. Luckily, Momotaros (who was possessing Geiz's body at the time) avoided being kidnapped and manages to give Sogo the Den-O Ride Watch, awakening the power of Grand Zi-O. As Grand Zi-O summons Momotaros' past-self, all of the present day Taros combine with him to turn into Climax Form and aid both Zeronos and Grand Zi-O in the fight against Another Den-O II and his recently allied pack of Mole Imagin.

  • Momotaros (モモタロス, Momotarosu) is a hot-headed oni-like Imagin and the leader of the Tarōs who represents the well-known Sword Form. After the first Another Den-O was defeated, Momotaros independently went off to join the Heisei Riders in the battle against Tid's forces. During the second emergence of Another Den-O, Momotaros lost the means to become Den-O after handing Sogo his Ride Watch, but Grand Zi-O remedies this by bringing his past iteration to help. His voice role is reprised by Toshihiko Seki (関 俊彦, Seki Toshihiko)
  • Urataros (ウラタロス, Uratarosu) is a flirtatious sea turtle-like Imagin who represents Rod Form. During Den-O's attack on the first Another Den-O, Urataros delivered the finishing blow that saved Ataru, as well as advised the disillusioned fanboy of their existence while possessing Ryotaro. His voice role is reprised by Kōji Yusa (遊佐 浩二, Yusa Kōji).
  • Kintaros (キンタロス, Kintarosu) is a noble bear-like Imagin who represents Axe Form. His voice role is reprised by Masaki Terasoma (てらそま まさき, Terasoma Masaki).
  • Ryutaros (リュウタロス, Ryūtarosu) is a childish dragon-like Imagin who represents Gun Form. His voice role is reprised by Kenichi Suzumura (鈴村 健一, Suzumura Ken'ichi).

Owner

Also returning from Kamen Rider Den-O, the Owner (オーナー, Ōnā) is the mysterious yet jovial owner of the DenLiner.

During the events of Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever, the Owner made a brief appearance within the KingLiner after the DenLiner Police sent Sogo's party back to Earth, while remarking on how time would not change so long as people remember them.

Kenjirō Ishimaru (石丸 謙二郎, Ishimaru Kenjirō) reprises his role as the Owner.

Yuto Sakurai

Also returning from Kamen Rider Den-O, Yuto Sakurai (桜井 侑斗, Sakurai Yūto) is the owner of the ZeroLiner who was once an ordinary high school boy prior to being recruited by his future self, Airi Nogami's husband and Hana's father. Forming a contract with the Imagin Deneb, Yuto becomes Kamen Rider Zeronos (仮面ライダーゼロノス, Kamen Raidā Zeronosu) and worked with Ryotaro to stop the evil Imagin from altering the timeline.

When the second Another Den-O attacked, Yuto appeared to eliminate Sougo and prevent Ohma Zi-O's existence in 2068. In the midst of their conflict, the Time Rider mistook him for the current Kamen Rider Hibiki, Kyosuke Kiriya, due to their near-identical appearances at first. He and Deneb eventually assisted Sougo and the rest of Time Riders (Den-O included) in redeeming Takuya's past-self in 2017.

Yūichi Nakamura (中村 優一, Nakamura Yūichi) reprises his role as Yuto Sakurai, as well as the Oni Rider Kyosuke Kiriya (See Kamen Rider Hibiki).

Deneb

Also returning from Kamen Rider Den-O, Deneb (デネブ, Denebu) is the Imagin contracted to Yuto Sakurai, who's used to access Kamen Rider Zeronos Vega Form, and transforms into the Denebick Buster for Zero Form. He acts as a butler to Sakurai while on the ZeroLiner and is constantly the subject of his contract holder's abuse and scolding; particularly while serving shiitake mushrooms, much to Yuto's displeasure.

Hōchū Ōtsuka (大塚 芳忠, Ōtsuka Hōchū) reprises his voice role as Deneb.

Mole Imagin

Also returning from Kamen Rider Den-O, the Mole Imagin (モールイマジン, Mōru Imajin) are a sub-faction of the recurring villainous Imagin who mostly served as foot soldiers.

In 2019, one Mole Imagin made a contract with Yukihiro Ōsumi, the boyfriend of Takuya Endō's late sister Sayuri, who regretted her death and unwittingly made a contract with him. After Takuya becomes the second Another Den-O to travel back in time to prevent Sayuri's death, Yukihiro begs him to stop his rampage on her behalf. Later on, a whole pack of Mole Imagin aligned themselves with Takuya, only to be defeated by the combined forces of Grand Zi-O, Den-O, and Zeronos.

The Mole Imagin is voiced by Akira Sasanuma (笹沼 晃, Sasanuma Akira).

Kamen Rider Yuuki Hijack Form

Returning from Saraba Kamen Rider Den-O: Final Countdown, Kamen Rider Yuuki Hijack Form (仮面ライダー幽汽 ハイジャックフォーム, Kamen Raidā Yūki Haijakku Fōmu), whose true identity is Shiro (死郎, Shirō), a necromancer with the ability to revive Imagin and humans alike.

In an alternate reality, Shiro managed to accomplish his goals before he was summoned to Another World by Swartz to join his Dark Rider army and help him achieve his goals once Yukihiro Ōsumi took his place. During the fight against Kamen Rider Aqua, Zi-O tricked Eternal into destroying Another World; resulting in Yukihiro's return to the original world and causing Yuuki to vanish.

Instead of being reprised by Yu-ki Matsumura (松村 雄基, Matsumura Yūki), he appears in a non-speaking role.

Kamen Rider Ryuki

Shinji Kido

Shinji Kido (城戸 真司, Kido Shinji), the titular rider of Kamen Rider Ryuki (仮面ライダー龍騎, Kamen Raidā Ryūki), is a reporter for the ORE Journal who's given a blank Advent Card Deck and forms a contract with the Mirror Monster Dragreder to take part in the bloody Rider War. After focusing on saving lives rather than eliminating the other participant Riders and dying while doing so, the Rider War is averted and Shinji (along with the other participants) is able to live a normal life again.

Though he already lost his powers as Ryuki, Shinji develops a fear of mirrors after secretly blaming the readers of ORE Journal for his former workplace's disbandment; unintentionally causing his evil Mirror World counterpart, Ryuga, to resurface in the real world as an Another Rider version of himself. While Another Ryuga stalked him and killed anyone close to him, Shinji spent the rest of his life as a recluse in his own apartment by sealing off all reflective surfaces and attempted to commit suicide; believing it was the only way to prevent the Another Rider from hurting anyone else. His suicide attempt was foiled when he was found and hospitalized. After accepting his Mirror World counterpart, Shinji finally reconciles with his former employer, Okubo.

Following this, during Rider Time: Ryuki, he and his counterpart are dragged into a second Mirror Rider War, this time set up by a woman named Sara. Said counterpart tried to take his body for his own once more, but Tezuka (one of Shinji's friends from the original Rider War) regained his memories and was able to warn Shinji and his allies. After Ren (another of his old friends) sacrifices himself after he regained his memories, Shinji regains his upon becoming the winner of the second Rider War. Sara, who was dying, tells him that her boyfriend, Tatsuya, was turned into an Another Rider and coerced into becoming the pawn of Odin (one of Shinji's enemies from the original Rider War). He helps redeem Tatsuya before Sara uses the last of her will to bring Shinji back to the real world, but Odin brainwashes the youth and forces him to attack. Sougo and Geiz arrive just in time to defeat the Another Rider and Odin before Shinji entrusts them with the Ryuki and Knight Ride Watches. On behalf of Ren, Shinji begins watching over his wife, Eri.

  • 2068: Dragreder fell under the thrall of Ohma Zi-O, controlled by the Ryuki Ride Watch, and forced to support him in his dictatorship.

Takamasa Suga (須賀 貴匡, Suga Takamasa) reprises his role as Shinji Kido.[13] Prior to his on-screen reprisal, he voiced the character's Rider form in Heisei Generations Forever.[14]

Ren Akiyama

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ryuki, Ren Akiyama (秋山 蓮, Akiyama Ren) is a cold loner who fought in the Rider War as Kamen Rider Knight (仮面ライダーナイト, Kamen Raidā Naito), with his Contract Mirror Monster Darkwing, to save his fiancée, Eri Ogawa, from a mysterious coma. Even though he won the original Rider War, its orchestrator, Shiro, reverses the Rider War so it never happened and gives the participant Riders peaceful lives. In the peaceful world with no Rider War, he became a full-time employee at the diner where he and Shinji worked during the series, which became Yui and Shiro's home, while his fiancée was revived from her coma.

During the events of Rider Time: Ryuki, after marrying Eri, Ren was drafted into the second Rider War again, which caused his memories to gradually return. As he was among the remaining Riders left, Ren was forced to fight Shinji, who was possessed by his mirror world twin, and died protecting him from Asakura's assault. With his dying breath, Ren asked Shinji to look after his wife, Eri, who is currently working as a nurse.

Satoshi Matsuda (松田 悟志, Matsuda Satoshi) reprises his role as Ren Akiyama. The Rider Time Ryuki sequel was conceived when Matsuda expressed his wish to return in Zi-O on Twitter, which caught the attention of several fans within a single night.[15] Geiz's similarity to a younger Ren is acknowledged by the producers Takebe and Shirakura,[16] who referenced this during the special's final part, with Shinji mistaking Geiz for his fallen friend.

Miyuki Tezuka

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ryuki, Miyuki Tezuka (手塚 海之, Tezuka Miyuki) is a fortune teller who fought in the Rider War as Kamen Rider Raia (仮面ライダーライア, Kamen Raidā Raia), with his Contract Mirror Monster Evildiver, to get revenge on Takeshi Asakura/Kamen Rider Ouja, who had injured his pianist friend. When the Rider War's events were averted, Tezuka was returned to his original life as a fortune teller.

During the events of Rider Time: Ryuki, Tezuka was drafted into the second Rider War. He was originally part of Shinji's team working against Shibaura's team, before he revealed his allegiance with the latter and betrayed the former. However, once he regained his memories and learned of Mirror Shinji's involvement, he was able to warn the real Shinji before he's killed by Shibaura.

Hassei Takano (高野 八誠, Takano Hassei) reprises his role as Miyuki Tezuka.

Jun Shibaura

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ryuki, Jun Shibaura (芝浦 淳, Shibaura Jun) is an arrogant, manipulative, well-versed computer programmer who fights in the Rider War as Kamen Rider Gai (仮面ライダーガイ, Kamen Raidā Gai) with his Contract Mirror Monster Metalgelas before he was betrayed and killed by Ouja. When the Rider War's events were averted, Shibaura is revived off-screen.

During the events of Rider-Time: Ryuki, Shibaura becomes the leader of his own group consisting of Ishibashi, Totsuka, and Tezuka. Despite not having his memories of the original Rider War, Shibaura's manipulative nature is still present as he convinces the latter that they're lovers and to betray Shinji's team before Tezuka's original memories returned. After Gai uses his Final Vent to kill Tezuka, Ryuga possessing Shinji's body kills him with his Final Vent. Out of all of the original Rider War participants who were drafted into the second one, Shibaura was the only one who didn't regain his original memories.

Satoshi Ichijo (一條 俊, Ichijō Satoshi) reprises his role as Jun Shibaura.

Takeshi Asakura

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ryuki, Takeshi Asakura (浅倉 威, Asakura Takeshi) is a bad-tempered and sadistic criminal who fought in the Rider War as Kamen Rider Ouja (仮面ライダー王蛇, Kamen Raidā Ōja) with his Contract Mirror Monster Venosnaker. Unlike many of the other Riders who died as a result of the Rider War, Asakura met his end after he was cornered by the police forces and gunned down. When the Rider War's events were averted, Asakura is revived, but his sadism was still present.

During the events of Rider Time: Ryuki, Asakura was inducted into a new Rider War. Unlike the original participants, he retained his memories and shows more contempt in fighting against his old foes. Having killed the new user of Kamen Rider Tiger, Asakura finds company in the amnesiac Goro and tries to hunt both Shinji and Ren. After killing Goro, Asakura made his last attempt to kill Ren in the middle of his fight with possessed Shinji before losing his life.

Takashi Hagino (萩野 崇, Hagino Takashi) reprises his role as Takeshi Asakura.

Kamen Rider Odin

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ryuki, Kamen Rider Odin (仮面ライダーオーディン, Kamen Raidā Ōdin) is a mysterious golden entity who fights with his Contract Mirror Monster Goldphoenix; possessing humans lured by Shiro in order to act on his behalf. As such, he couldn't be killed, as he can possess another human. After Odin and Ren became the last two standing and engaged each other in a climactic battle, the former vanished after Yui died; rendering the Rider War null and void, and making Ren the winner by default.

During the events of Rider Time: Kamen Rider Ryuki, Odin returned and possessed an unknown white hooded man to restart the Rider War after convincing Tatsuya he could save his dying girlfriend, Sara; turning him into the Another Rider, Another Ryuki in order to carry out Shiro's original command to revive Yui. To further his plot, he also gave Tatsuya a soul gem so he can collect the souls of his defeated opponents and use them to ostensibly revive Sara. Once his pawn realized he was hurting Sara more than he was helping her, Odin brainwashes him and sends him into a berserker state. However, Zi-O Decade Armor Ryuki Form defeated and rescued Tatsuya. In the real world, Odin made himself known by using all three Survive cards in his Ride Visor, granting himself immortality until Zi-O and Geiz used the Ryuki and Knight Ride Watches to cancel this ability. With one Survive card left, Odin was defeated once and for all; whispering Yui's name with his dying breath.

Tsuyoshi Koyama (小山 剛志, Koyama Tsuyoshi) reprises his voice role as Kamen Rider Odin.

Mirror Shinji

Originally hailing from an alternate continuity depicted in Kamen Rider Ryuki: Episode Final, Kamen Rider Ryuga (仮面ライダーリュウガ, Kamen Raidā Ryūga) is an evil Mirror counterpart of Shinji Kido that was created by a lonely Yui Kanzaki in the image of Shinji, whom she met as a child and was seemingly abandoned by him. As a being from the Mirror World, possessing all the abilities of Kamen Rider Ryuki, Mirror Shinji participated in the Rider War to survive in the real world indefinitely by taking Shinji's body as his own. But Yui's act of allowing herself to succumb to her illness causes Shinji to purge his doppelganger and destroy him in a clash between their Final Vents.

In the original reality, Mirror Shinji is Kido's literal reflection who represents the darker aspects of his personality, such as constantly blaming readers of the ORE Journal for their part in his workplace's disbandment. Taking Tsukasa's alternate dimension theory to heart, Heure manages to summon Ryuga by shattering a mirror a thousand times and transforms him into an Another Rider version of his old Rider form, Another Ryuga (アナザーリュウガ, Anazā Ryūga). With his newfound power, Ryuga proceeds to hunt down ORE Journal readers and accidentally bring Sogo into an encounter with his own mirror twin. After his defeat by Zi-O II, Sogo told Ryuga that Shinji had accepted him as a part of himself, thus allowing Shinji to regain his reflection.

During the events of Rider Time: Ryuki however, the mirror twin refused to accept this and participated in the second Rider War. His manipulation on Tezuka into betraying Jun Shibaura becomes an orchestral for Tezuka, Ren and Shinji progressively remembers their original Rider War memories, and possessed Shinji to fight against Shinji's own allies, while also manage to kill Gai. Despite his best efforts, the real Shinji emerged victorious as the mirror twin was suppressed and all both opposing and allied Riders were killed; allowing the former to return to the real world.

An alternate reality version of his Contract Mirror Monster, Dragblacker, was brought to Sogo's world from Ryuki Ride Watch's destruction. It assisted the Raydragoons in destroying the world until it was killed by Ohma Zi-O.

As Another Ryuga, "Shinji" gains the ability to enter and survive in the human world with no time limit, unlike his old Kamen Rider form, and is armed with twisted versions of his original Kamen Rider weapons. He can also repel incoming attacks back to their opponents with two times the power. As a result of being unique as he's both the original version of his Another Rider form and a Mirror World inhabitant, it would be nearly impossible to acquire his corresponding Ride Watch. Despite that, Sogo was able to defeat him as Kamen Rider Zi-O II. As he hailed from the Mirror World, Ryuga's Another Rider form is reversed compared to the other Another Riders; which is denoted by his Another Rider name and the year of his creation being mirrored.

As with the real Shinji Kido, the Mirror Shinji is also reprised by Takamasa Suga.

Daisuke Okubo

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ryuki, Daisuke Okubo (大久保 大介, Ōkubo Daisuke) is the chief editor and one of Shinji's seniors at ORE Journal until its shutdown due to the rise of social media. Sogo encountered Okubo at a fishing pond, who told him about Shinji while the former was investigating the mysterious deaths of ORE Journal readers. When Shinji finally accepted Ryuga as a part of himself, he reconciles with Okubo as they moved on from ORE Journal's disbandment.

Kanji Tsuda (津田 寛治, Tsuda Kanji) reprises his role as Daisuke Okubo.

Goro Yura

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ryuki, Goro Yura (由良 吾郎, Yura Gorō) is the loyal servant of the super-lawyer Shuichi Kitaoka, Kamen Rider Zolda (仮面ライダーゾルダ, Kamen Raidā Zoruda), whom Goro repaid when he was the lawyer's client. Due to his boss being diagnosed with cancer and his dwindling time, Goro took his place as the second Zolda and ended up killed by Kitaoka's rival, Takeshi Asakura/Kamen Rider Ouja. When the Rider War's events were averted, Goro and Kitaoka are revived.

During the events of Rider Time: Ryuki, Goro was inducted into the new Mirror Rider War as Kamen Rider Zolda since Kitaoka had died by this time. Per his late boss' final wish, Goro at first feigned loyalty to Asakura before eventually striking back at him when the time was right. Goro died from his injuries first while Asakura went through the same after barely surviving his fight against Ren.

Tomohisa Yuge (弓削 智久, Yuge Tomohisa) reprises his role as Goro Yura.

Kamen Rider Agito

Shouichi Tsugami

The titular Rider of Kamen Rider Agito (仮面ライダーアギト, Kamen Raidā Agito), born Tetsuya Sawaki (沢木 哲也, Sawaki Tetsuya), who suffered amnesia and assumed the name of the scientist he met, his would be brother in-law, Shouichi Tsugami (津上 翔一, Tsugami Shōichi). Revealed to be one of many humans who possessed an Agito's Seed, he learns that they're all being targeted by the monstrous Lords, who consider themselves humanity's protectors from both external and internal threats. Shouichi is adopted by the Misugi family as he begins to piece his missing memories together before opening a restaurant named after the fallen Agito's Seeds victims once the Lords have been defeated.

In 2019, Shouichi was in the middle of cooking practice in France. By the time he heard the news of an Another Agito army attacking Tokyo, he returned to Japan to aid SAUL, the G3 army, and the Time Riders in turning the civilians who were transformed into the Another Agito army by the Time Jackers back to normal. His return to Japan was actually part of the Time Jackers' plan to steal his powers and empower their lead Another Agito, leaving Shouichi powerless and forced to don one of the mass-produced G3 suits to aid the Time Riders. Though Shouichi regains his powers due to Tsukuyomi reawakening her Time Jacker powers, helping Zi-O Trinity defeat the lead Another Agito as Agito Trinity, he decides to live a normal life and entrusts his sealed Ride Watch power to the Time Riders.

Toshiki Kashu (賀集 利樹, Kashū Toshiki) reprises his role as Shouichi Tsugami. Prior to his on-screen reprisal, he voiced the character's Rider form in Heisei Generations Forever.[17]

Another Agito

Also returning from Kamen Rider Agito, Another Agito (アナザーアギト, Anazā Agito) is a flawed version of Kamen Rider Agito that resembles a locust and exists as the original Another Rider.

In the original timeline, the original Another Rider's identity was Kaoru Kino (木野 薫, Kino Kaoru), a surgeon who was one of the many Akatsuki incident survivors alongside his fellow Agito, Tetsuya (who developed amnesia and took on the name "Shouichi"). Upon becoming the first Another Rider, he became power drunk and started to eliminate those who inherited the Agito's Seeds, including Shouichi, until Kino learned the error of his ways and became a better man for it. He later sacrificed his life to give Agito and Gills time to destroy the Lord, Ericius Liquor.

In 2019, the Time Jackers created a new Another Agito to infect civilians and convert them into his zombie-like army to lure out the real Agito, the Time Riders, SAUL, and the G3 army while causing widespread infection across the globe, starting with Japan. Although all of the Time Jackers' Another Agitos have a different head crest and more prominent mouth, the leader's appearance remained mostly the same as the original Another Agito; though he has Agito's name and the year date of his creation on his chest to match the other Another Riders, and a recolored belt. As for the infected army, they retain their civilian outfits.

After luring the real Agito back to Japan, the Time Jackers steal his powers and use them to empower the Another Agito leader, until Tsukuyomi awakened a power similar to the Time Jackers and helps the real Agito regain his powers temporarily. Once the Another Agito leader is defeated by Double Trinity Rider Kicks from Zi-O and Agito's Trinity Forms, all of the Another Agito victims are cured.

The primary Another Agito can bite his victims to give himself a numbers advantage, implanting corrupted Agito's Seeds into their bodies, and is armed with a twisted version of the Shining Calibur. While infused with the real Agito's powers via the corresponding Ridewatch, the lead Another Agito gains the ability to create more Another Agitos at a time by firing a purple beam from his chest instead of using his bite and gains twisted versions of the Flame Saber and the Storm Halberd. Though individual Another Agitos can be changed back, the only way to turn all of the zombified civilians back to normal at the same time is to destroy the leader.

Kamen Rider G3

Also returning from Kamen Rider Agito, Kamen Rider G3 (仮面ライダーG3, Kamen Raidā Jī Surī) is a series of powered suits developed by a special branch of Tokyo's Metropolitan Police Department, the Squad of Anti-Unidentified Lifeforms, following the MPD's battle against the Grongi Tribe in Kamen Rider Kuuga. The system of the G3 suits' development uses the first Heisei Kamen Rider, Kuuga as the basis, with the most well-known first compatible user being the Akatsuki incident hero, Makoto Hikawa (氷川 誠, Hikawa Makoto). When the Lords (known as "Unknown" by the MPD) begin to attack the bearers of Agito's Seeds since that incident, G3 is deployed to stop them. After a series of tests while combating the Lords alongside Agito, Gills, and the original Another Agito, the G3 suits underwent significant upgrades in order to match them; such as G3-Mild, a planned mass-produced version of the G3 suit (which was eventually made defunct), then finally its final upgrade, G3-X. During the final battle against the last El Lords, Hikawa dons the G3-X suit one more time before going back to his normal police life.

In 2019, it is the original G3 suit that has become mass-produced instead of their Mild counterpart. The G3 Army aids both Agito and the Time Riders in turning the people who were transformed into the Another Agito army by the Time Jackers back to normal. Due to Shouichi being lured into the Time Jackers' trap and having his powers stolen by them to empower their lead Another Agito, he's forced to wear the original G3 suit until he gets his powers back.

Takahiro Omuro

Also returning from Kamen Rider Agito, Takahiro Omuro (尾室 隆弘, Omuro Takahiro) is the comic relief member of the SAUL branch of the MPD and the main driver for Kamen Rider G3's mobile command RV, G-Mobile. He was originally the first operator of the Kamen Rider G3 Mild (仮面ライダーG3マイルド, Kamen Raidā Jī Surī Mairudo) suit, a planned mass-produced version of original Kamen Rider G3, until it was rendered defunct after its first use. After all of the Lords were defeated, Omuro went on to lead the G5 Unit squad.

In 2019, Takahiro and his new SAUL team began testing a mass-produced version of the original Kamen Rider G3 suit as part of a final test. However, the Time Jackers and their version of Another Agito attack SAUL to lure the real Agito back to Japan in order to steal his powers while causing a widespread infection by turning civilians into an Another Agito army.

Akiyoshi Shibata (柴田 明良, Shibata Akiyoshi) reprises his role as Takahiro Omuro.

Mana Kazaya

Also returning from Kamen Rider Agito, Mana Kazaya (風谷 真魚, Kazaya Mana) is the daughter of Nobuyuki Kazaya and niece of Yoshihiko Misugi who happens to inherit an Agito's Seed like Shouichi, despite not being involved in the Akatsuki incident, and gains psychic powers.

Rina Akiyama (秋山 莉奈, Akiyama Rina) reprises her role as Mana Kazaya.

Kamen Rider G4

Returning from Kamen Rider Agito: Project G4, Kamen Rider G4 (仮面ライダーG4, Kamen Raidā Jī Fō), whose true identity is Shiro Mizuki (水城 史朗, Mizuki Shirō), was the second lieutenant of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force's GA Division who used the G4 System battle suit (based on stolen plans for the G3 suit) before he was killed in battle and its A.I. nearly took on a life of its own before it was destroyed.

In an alternate reality, Mizuki succeeded in his goals (though it's unknown whether he survived the suit's side effects or if the A.I. had completely taken over), before he was summoned to Another World by Swartz to join his Dark Rider army and help him achieve his goals. He was destroyed by Woz Ginga Taiyo Form.

Instead of being reprised by Ryo Karato (唐渡 亮, Karato Ryō), he appears in a non-speaking role (though this could be explained as the suit's A.I. operating on its own).

Kamen Rider Kuuga

Kamen Rider Kuuga

Kamen Rider Kuuga (仮面ライダークウガ, Kamen Raidā Kūga) whose true identity is Yusuke Godai (五代 雄介, Godai Yusuke), a 24-year-old young, multi-talented adventurer who dons the Arcle belt.

During the events of Heisei Generations Forever and Over Quartzer, Kamen Rider Kuuga appears saving civilians and joining the Heisei Kamen Riders against Tid and the Quartzers.

Kamen Rider Kuuga is portrayed by an unidentified actor instead of Jō Odagiri (小田切 譲, Odagiri Jō).

Riku

The original Kamen Rider Kuuga (仮面ライダークウガ, Kamen Raidā Kūga), Riku (リク), who defended the Linto Tribe, humanity's ancestors, from the Grongi Tribe before he sealed the monsters within his coffin in the Kurougatake ruins until the seal was undone in the year 2000, with Riku killed by the incomplete N Daguva Zeba. Riku's belt ends up bonding to Yusuke Godai, who takes the warrior's place as Kuuga to stop the revived Grongi from slaughtering humanity.

During the events of Heisei Generations Forever, Tid invaded the Kurougatake Ruins on January 29, 2000, a day before Yusuke Godai became Kuuga. From Riku's remains, Tid created the Kuuga Another Watch; but unbeknownst to the Time Jacker, Geiz managed to absorb the hero's essence into the Kuuga Ride Watch before the tomb collapsed. As an army of past Riders came to the civilians' aid, another Kamen Rider Kuuga was seen delivering the final blow, which lead to Another Ultimate Kuuga's defeat.

Kamen Rider Kuuga (Manga)

Instead of the television character himself, the 2014 manga version of Yusuke Godai (五代 雄介, Godai Yūsuke) is a youth who was chosen by the mummified remains of Riku to succeed the latter as Kuuga in the modern era after the Grongi escaped.

In Kamen Rider Zi-O the Movie: Over Quartzer, this particular Kuuga was summoned from a discarded manga as part of the reinforcements who stood against the Quartzers' Kasshine army. Unlike other summoned Kamen Riders, especially the original iteration of Kuuga, this Kuuga remains the same like his appearance in manga, rather than fully voiced with fully animated anime-style nor realistic appearance when entering realistic worlds.[4]

N Daguva Zeba

Also returning from Kamen Rider Kuuga, N Daguva Zeba (ン・ダグバ・ゼバ, N Daguba Zeba) is the leader of the Grongi and the final antagonist of the season.

An alternate reality version of N Daguva Zeba was brought to Sogo's world following the Kuuga Ride Watch's destruction. Assisting Another Decade as part of his army of past Rider villains, Daguva defeated Grand Zi-O's OOO Tajadol Combo until he was killed by Ohma Zi-O through Kuuga's power.

Instead of being reprised by Kenji Urai (浦井 健治, Urai Kenji), he appears in a non-speaking role.

Kamen Rider Blade

Kazuma Kenzaki

Kazuma Kenzaki (剣崎 一真, Kenzaki Kazuma), is the titular Kamen Rider Blade (仮面ライダーブレイド, Kamen Raidā Bureido), an agent of B.O.A.R.D. who specialized in keeping the Undeads sealed. After sealing the Caucasus Undead and achieving his King Form, it is later revealed that B.O.A.R.D. became corrupted by the CEO, Hiroshi Tennoji, and used said King Form to expose him to Undead cells. As Kazuma overuses the King Form (despite its side effect and Hajime's identity as the Black Joker Undead being exposed in front of him prior to achieving his ultimate form), he's forced to confront Hajime after he unwittingly brings destruction to all life on Earth as the winner of the new Battle Fight. In the end, Kazuma sacrificed his humanity and became another Joker Undead to ensure Hajime could coexist with humans and halt mass extinction.

Even in spite of Another Blade's creation, Kazuma retains his powers as Kamen Rider Blade due to his status as a Joker as he re-emerges after a long period of hiding. Kazuma is provoked into attacking Hajime upon learning he is using his powers after all the heavy sacrifices he made for him. When Amane was forcibly turned into Another Blade again by White Woz, she absorbed Kazuma and Hajime's Undead cells; giving the former his humanity back and making the latter completely human. After Zi-O Trinity defeats Another Blade and effectively prevents the mass destruction that was caused by her absorbed Joker cells, Kazuma and Hajime entrust their Ride Watches to the Time Riders.

Takayuki Tsubaki (椿 隆之, Tsubaki Takayuki) reprises his role as Kazuma Kenzaki.

Hajime Aikawa

Also returning from Kamen Rider Blade, Hajime Aikawa (相川 始, Aikawa Hajime), whose true identity is the original Black Joker Undead (黒いジョカーアンデット, Kuroi Jokā Andetto), or simply known as Joker (ジョカー, Jokā); the most feared of the Undead as he can assume the form of defeated Undead and because his victory in the Battle Fight would mark the end of all life on Earth. After sealing both the Mantis Undead Chalice and the Human Undead to conceal his true nature as the Joker, his natural impulses quelled by the two cards' personality traits as the latter Undead intended, he assumed the identity of "Hajime Aikawa" to make amends with a photographer named Kurihara, who was killed during one of his skirmishes with the recently freed Undead. Many humans mistook the Mantis Undead's form for a "Kamen Rider", so it came to be called Kamen Rider Chalice (仮面ライダーカリス, Kamen Raidā Karisu). Hajime's time at the Jacaranda Cafe with Kurihara's daughter, Amane, helped him accept humanity to the point of wishing he was truly human himself while growing to respect Kazuma. Eventually, Hajime's identity as the Joker is revealed and he eventually loses control over his powers once the other Undead are sealed. Hajime is forced to fight Kazuma before realizing the human is turning himself into an Undead to force the current Battle Fight into a stalemate. Knowing they would be forced by the Battle Fight's overseer into fighting each other, Kazuma leaves Japan so Hajime can live happily with Kurihara's family.

Even in spite of Another Blade's creation, Hajime retains his powers due to his Joker nature. After attempting to save Amane from Sougo, he is attacked by Kazuma, who considered Hajime's actions an apparent betrayal of his trust. When Amane was forced into becoming Another Blade again by White Woz, she rendered Hajime completely human by extracting and absorbing his Undead D.N.A. Following Another Blade's defeat, a fully human Hajime is able to fulfill his dream after entrusting his Ride Watch to the Time Riders.

Ryoji Morimoto (森本 亮治, Morimoto Ryōji) reprises his role as Hajime Aikawa.

Amane Kurihara

Also returning from Kamen Rider Blade, Amane Kurihara (栗原 天音, Kurihara Amane), is the daughter of Haruka Kurihara and niece of Kotaro Shirai, allies of the B.O.A.R.D. Riders and Hajime. Despite being a troublemaker, she is also the main reason behind Hajime's new way of life and his living alongside humans.

In 2019, an adult Amane becomes a worker at her mother's Jacaranda Cafe. While closing up, she is unwillingly turned into the Another Rider, Another Blade (アナザーブレイド, Anazā Bureido), by Swartz through White Woz. This forces a conflict between Kazuma, Hajime, and the Time Riders over safely turning Amane to normal. She was later forced by White Woz to transform into Another Blade again and absorb the Undead cells from Kazuma and Hajime, rendering them humans while summoning the Monolith to commence a mass-extinction event to unfold as the result of becoming a Joker. Luckily, Zi-O's acquiring of Trinity form allow him, Geiz, and Black Woz to save Amane while eradicating the Joker cells and ending the Battle Fight for good. As Hajime is now completely human thanks to her, they can finally live peacefully.

Even though Kamen Rider Blade debuted in 2004, Another Blade is dated 2019 due to the Another Rider being created in said year. Her main weapon is a twisted copy of Blade's Blay Rouzer (ブレイラウザー, Burei Rauzā), though she can also fire a beam of lightning from her chest.

Hikari Kajiwara (梶原 ひかり, Kajiwara Hikari) reprises her role as Amane Kurihara.

Darkroaches

Darkroaches (ダークローチ, Dākurōchi) are cockroach-like Undead grunts that are extensions of the Stone of Sealing that manifest once Hajime is the sole remaining Undead in the Battle Fight; with their only purpose being to wipe out all life on Earth, using their ability to re-spawn from the monolith if they're destroyed. Once Kenzaki became the second Joker Undead, the Darkroaches vanished since the Battle Fight was put into a stalemate.

The Darkroaches return in 2019 when Another Blade absorbed the Joker essence from Kenzaki and Hajime into herself, appearing from the Stone of Sealing in the Joker's form, only to be permanently destroyed once the Joker essence is completely destroyed by Zi-O Trinity defeating Another Blade.

Kamen Rider Hibiki

Kamen Rider Hibiki

Kamen Rider Hibiki (仮面ライダー響鬼, Kamen Raidā Hibiki) whose true identity is Hitoshi Hidaka (日高仁志, Hidaka Hitoshi), among the most seasoned Oni with a strong sense of ethics and believes in constantly training oneself to keep up with their strength while being somewhat of a mentor figure.

During the events of Heisei Generations Forever and Over Quartzer, Kamen Rider Hibiki appears saving civilians and joining the Heisei Kamen Riders against Tid and the Quartzers.

Kamen Rider Hibiki is portrayed by an unidentified actor instead of Shigeki Hosokawa (細川 茂樹, Hosokawa Shigeki)

Kyosuke Kiriya

Returning from Kamen Rider Hibiki, Kyosuke Kiriya (桐矢 京介, Kiriya Kyōsuke) was originally a high school student and apprentice to the present-day descendant of Kamen Rider Hibiki (仮面ライダー響鬼, Kamen Raidā Hibiki), Hitoshi Hidaka, and rival to fellow apprentice, Asumu Adachi. After Asumu stepped down from becoming an Oni, Kyosuke became both Hibiki's only apprentice and a full-fledged Oni a year after the events of Orochi.

After Kyosuke graduated from high school, he became the successor of the Hibiki mantle after his master retired; though he retained his first Oni Rider form as he never truly surpassed him to actually take on the title. Despite this, Kyosuke took on Sogo's childhood friend, Tsutomu Tsuzumiya, as his disciple. After said disciple is turned into Another Hibiki by the Time Jackers however, he becomes conflicted over fighting his student on his own or with the Time Riders and Todoroki. Feeling responsible for never officially taking the title of Hibiki, which led him to separate from Tsutomu in the first place, Kyosuke finally accepts it. This awakens the Hibiki Ride Watch, which he uses to rescue Tsutomu with help from Zi-O Trinity. After reconciling with Tsutomu, Kyosuke entrusts the Hibiki Ride Watch to Sogo.

Yūichi Nakamura reprises his role as Kyosuke Kiriya, as well as the time traveler Yuto Sakurai (see Kamen Rider Den-O).

Todoroki

Also returning from Kamen Rider Hibiki, real name Tomizo Todayama (戸田山 登巳蔵, Todayama Tomizō), Todoroki (トドロキ) was originally an Oni Rider apprentice to Zaomaru Zaitsuhara (Kamen Rider Zanki) prior to his master's death. Instead of becoming the next Zanki, he decided to make a name for himself as the present-day Kamen Rider Todoroki (仮面ライダー轟鬼, Kamen Raidā Todoroki).

In 2019, as he still retains his powers, he comes into conflict with Another Hibiki, and fights alongside Kyosuke and the Time Riders to stop him. Once he learns the Another Rider was Kyosuke's disciple, he blames his fellow Oni for not taking on the mantle of Hibiki properly and pushing said disciple away. Once Kyosuke finally accepts his responsibilities and rescues his apprentice with Zi-O Trinity's help, Todoroki is able to leave in peace.

Shingo Kawaguchi (川口 真五, Kawaguchi Shingo) reprises his role as Todoroki.

Kamen Rider Kiva

Kamen Rider Kiva

Kamen Rider Kiva (仮面ライダーキバ, Kamen Raidā Kiba) whose true identity is Wataru Kurenai (紅 渡, Kurenai Wataru), the son of Otoya Kurenai and the Fangire Queen Maya, being an honest yet shy half-fangire youth who isolated himself in his father's estate after his mother left him to protect him from the retribution she would face for the death of the Fangires' King and her affair with Otoya.

During the events of Heisei Generations Forever and Over Quartzer, Kamen Rider Kiva appears saving civilians and joining the Heisei Kamen Riders against Tid and the Quartzers.

Kamen Rider Kiva is portrayed by an unidentified actor instead of portrayed by Koji Seto (瀬戸 康史, Seto Kōji).

Jiro

Returning from Kamen Rider Kiva, Jiro (次狼, Jirō) is one of the three Arms Monsters whose Garulu Saber (ガルルセイバー, Garuru Seibā) form enables Kiva to assume his Garulu Form. The last of the Wolfen race after his people were massacred by Rook, a member of the Fangire leadership known as the Checkmate Four, Jiro traveled with the Merman Ramon and the Franken Riki as their people suffered similar acts of genocide by the Fangires. Initially a rival to Otoya Kurenai in 1986, Jiro eventually helped the human violinist and Yuri Aso fight the Fangires while serving as one of initial users of the early Kamen Rider Ixa (仮面ライダーイクサ, Kamen Raidā Ikusa) System. Following Otoya's death once the Fangire King was defeated, Jiro and his fellow Arms Monsters promised to protect the man's half-Fangire son Wataru Kurenai and become the Kurenai family's wards.

In 2019, Jiro and the Arms Monsters are forced to serve under Another Kiva after she's transformed. However, noticing her pain, Jiro secretly aided the Time Riders while beseeching them to save her from herself and stop her serial rampage. He is also the first person who predicted the presence of the evil future alien, Kamen Rider Ginga. While Another Kiva reverts to her civilian form, Jiro spirits Sogo away in private to give him the Kiva Ride Watch on Wataru's behalf before taking his leave to prevent Another Kiva from controlling him again until she is defeated by Woz Ginga Finaly.

Kenji Matsuda (松田 賢二, Matsuda Kenji) reprises his role as Jiro.

Basshaa and Dogga

Also returning from Kamen Rider Kiva, Basshaa (バッシャー, Basshā) and Dogga (ドッガ) are the other two members of the Arms Monsters and the sole survivors of their respective races after they were wiped out by the Fangires. Living in human forms as Ramon (ラモン) and Riki () in the year 1986, the two joined Jiro in defeating Rook and later on took residence in Castle Doran after the death of original King at the hands of his infant son due to being weakened by the Heisei era day's Kiva, Wataru, and his father Otoya, the second and sole human Dark Kiva, at cost of the latter's life force. For 22 years, they continued to support the Kurenai bloodline as the Basshaa Magnum (バッシャーマグナム, Basshā Magunamu) and Dogga Hammer (ドッガハンマー, Dogga Hanmā) respectively.

In 2019, the Arms Monsters fell under the thrall of Another Kiva/Yūko Kitajima and were forced to support her in combat. Thankfully, their fellow Arms Monster, Jiro manage to break free from Another Kiva's control while pretending to serve her, and manage to give Sogo the Kiva Ride Watch on behalf of Wataru before leaving the scene far away from Another Kiva's control. Before they could murder Yūko's ex-boyfriend on his wedding day, Basshaa and Dogga reverted to their weapon forms as a result of Another Kiva's defeat by Woz Ginga Finaly.

Instead of being reprised by Yuuki Ogoe (小越 勇輝, Ogoe Yūki) and Eiji Takigawa (滝川 英治, Takigawa Eiji) respectively, they appear in non-speaking roles.

Kamen Rider Rey

He was ultimately defeated by Keisuke Nago, the Kamen Rider Ixa of 2008.

In an alternate reality, Shiramine succeeded in his plans before he was summoned to Another World by Swartz to join his Dark Rider army and help him achieve his goals. He was destroyed by Geiz Revive Goretsu.

Instead of being reprised by Shouma Yamamoto (山本 匠馬, Yamamoto Shōma), he appears in a non-speaking role.

Kamen Rider Kabuto

Kamen Rider Kabuto

Kamen Rider Kabuto (仮面ライダーカブト, Kamen Raidā Kabuto) whose true identity is Souji Tendou (天道 総司, Tendō Sōji), possessor of the Kabuto Zecter (カブトゼクター, Kabuto Zekutā), which he acquired on the day of the meteor along with the Rider Belt (ライダーベルト, Raidā Beruto) from a version of himself from an alternate future.

During the events of Heisei Generations Forever and Over Quartzer, Kamen Rider Kabuto appears saving civilians and joining the Heisei Kamen Riders against Tid and the Quartzers.

Kamen Rider Kabuto is portrayed by an unidentified actor instead of portrayed by Hiro Mizushima (水嶋 ヒロ, Mizushima Hiro)

Arata Kagami

Returning from Kamen Rider Kabuto, Arata Kagami (加賀美 新, Kagami Arata) is the son of ZECT's original leader Riku Kagami who uses the Gatack Zecter to become Kamen Rider Gatack (仮面ライダーガタック, Kamen Raidā Gatakku). He was unaware of the organization's true agenda while working as a ZECT agent for the betterment of humanity before meeting Souji Tendou. In the post-apocalyptic original timeline depicted in Kamen Rider Kabuto: God Speed Love, Kagami married Tendou's dying half-sister Hiyori Kusakabe before he helped Tendou alter the timeline so the world never became a wasteland by minimizing the damage caused by the original version of the Worms' asteroid that caused the movie's events so that only a fragment of it crashed in Shibuya. In the new timeline, Kagami meets Tendou all over again as he momentarily uses TheBee Zecter after its previous user, Yaguruma, was relieved of his duty before becoming Gatack while learning the truth behind ZECT. They managed to wipe out most of the Worms before helping the rebels against the compromised ZECT led by Masato Mishima and the Native-class Worm leader Negishi. After ZECT was defeated, Kagami started a new life working for the police, with his father Riku becoming his chief.

When a string of Worm meteorite crashes begin to occur in 2019, Kagami began to hunt the re-emerging Worms while being opposed by Yaguruma. While receiving assistance from Sogo and his friends, Kagami realizes only he remembers the Worms as both ZECT and the Shibuya incident had been wiped from public knowledge, due to time distortions. While helping the Time Riders as Gatack, Kagami is accepted by the Kabuto Zecter and becomes Kamen Rider Kabuto on Tendou's behalf to stop Yaguruma from interfering in the Time Riders' task of destroying the Worms' meteor. Once the giant meteor is destroyed, the Kabuto Zecter transforms into the Kabuto Ride Watch, which Kagami then entrusts to Sogo.

Yuuki Sato (佐藤 祐基, Satō Yūki) reprises his role as Arata Kagami.

Sou Yaguruma

Also returning from Kamen Rider Kabuto, Sou Yaguruma (矢車 想, Yaguruma Sō) is the original user of TheBee Zecter which he and its succeeding operators use to become Kamen Rider TheBee (仮面ライダーザビー, Kamen Raidā ZaBī). In the original post-apocalyptic timeline depicted in God Speed Love prior to Kabuto Hyper Form altering the timeline, Yaguruma aided ZECT against the opposing faction Neo ZECT, and is killed by Neo ZECT leader Hidenari Oda/Kamen Rider Hercus. In the new timeline, he commands his own personal Shadow (シャドー, Shadō) ZECT troopers. Initially, a selfish perfectionist who believed in "Perfect Harmony", Yaguruma being outdone by Tendou made him unstable as TheBee Zecter abandoned him and he was fired from ZECT by his former subordinate, Kageyama. This led Yaguruma to develop a morbid ideology as he later becomes Kamen Rider KickHopper (仮面ライダーキックホッパー, Kamen Raidā Kikku Hoppā) and takes a dejected Kageyama as his partner. After all of the enemy Worms are wiped out, Yaguruma puts a mutating Kageyama out of his misery while seeking to honor his promise for them to see the northern lights.

In 2019, with a Worm posing as Kageyama enlisting his services, Yaguruma forces Heure to turn him into the Another Rider Another Kabuto (アナザーカブト, Anazā Kabuto) so he can hunt down Zi-O to prevent his interference in the Worms' plan to take over the world, leading Heure temporarily allied with the Time Riders and Gatack to stop Yaguruma and Worms' apocalyptic plan. But Yaguruma ends up being defeated when Kagami uses the Kabuto Zecter to become Kamen Rider Kabuto in Tendou's stead. Despite appearances, Yaguruma knew "Kageyama" was a Worm and allowed the alien to assume his partner's identity as he wanted to spend more time with Kageyama one final time before the Worms cease to exist after Zi-O Trinity destroyed the giant meteorite housing them. Like the ZECT Riders, Another Kabuto's main ability is to utilize Clock Up to move at the speed of light. As he became an Another Rider in 2019, Yaguruma retains his ability to become KickHopper since his transformation into Another Kabuto did not alter the ZECT Riders' timeline.

Hidenori Tokuyama (徳山 秀典, Tokuyama Hidenori) reprises his role as Sou Yaguruma.

Shun Kageyama

Also returning from Kamen Rider Kabuto, Shun Kageyama (影山 瞬, Kageyama Shun) was originally Yaguruma's subordinate within ZECT's Shadow troops before TheBee Zecter chose him, firing his former superior from ZECT while becoming Kamen Rider TheBee and assisting in Masato Mishima's cover-up of ZECT's secrets. But after being fired following being attacked by Yaguruma as KickHopper, a nihilistic Kageyama ends up working under Yaguruma again as his partner, Kamen Rider PunchHopper (仮面ライダーパンチホッパー, Kamen Raidā Panchi Hoppā). After all of the enemy Worms are wiped out, Kageyama accidentally bought a bracelet that slowly turned him into a Native-class Worm just as ZECT became compromised. Once he found out, he begged Yaguruma to kill him, which he reluctantly agreed to do.

When the Worms return to Earth in 2019, one of them mimics the late Kageyama's form and gains his PunchHopper powers while seemingly supporting Yaguruma after he transformed into Another Kabuto. The Kageyama Worm later ceased to exist after Zi-O Trinity form obliterated the giant meteor containing his kin.

As with the original Kageyama, this Worm is also portrayed by Masato Uchiyama (内山 眞人, Uchiyama Masato).

Worms

The Worms (ワーム, Wāmu) are a race of insectoid aliens who serve as the antagonists of Kamen Rider Kabuto that mimic a human's appearance and memories to blend in with their society before killing the template to maintain their cover. Most Worms normally appear as the chrysalis-like Salis Worm (サリスワーム, Sarisu Wāmu) before molting to evolve and gain the ability to move as speeds equal to a ZECT Rider's Clock Up. Before them, a class-type of Worms known as Natives (ネイティブ, Neitifu) exist before Shibuya incidents, one of them wants to live in peace with humans, while another Natives such as Negishi and recently ZECT's traitor Masato Mishima wants to conquer humanity by turning them into Natives.

In 2019, the Worms return to Earth through fragments of a giant meteor. One particular member disguised itself as the late Shun Kageyama to win Yaguruma over to their cause. Additionally, due to a space-time disruption, knowledge of the Shibuya Meteorite incident and ZECT's existence have been wiped out, with only the majority of surviving ZECT Riders like Kagami, especially Yaguruma remembering them. After Kagami becomes Kabuto to defeat Another Kabuto/KickHopper and PunchHopper with Geiz's help, the meteor is destroyed by Zi-O Trinity; with all of the Worms derived from it ceasing to exist.

Kamen Rider Drive

Kamen Rider Drive

Kamen Rider Drive (仮面ライダードライブ, Kamen Raidā Doraibu) whose true identity is Shinnosuke Tomari (泊 進ノ介, Tomari Shinnosuke), a young man who joined the Metropolitan Police to fight the Roidmudes and solve the mystery behind the death of his father Eisuke Tomari.

During the events of Heisei Generations Forever and Over Quartzer, Kamen Rider Drive appears saving civilians and joining the Heisei Kamen Riders against Tid and the Quartzers.

Kamen Rider Drive is portrayed by an unidentified actor instead of Ryoma Takeuchi (竹内 涼真, Takeuchi Ryōma).

Krim Steinbelt

Returning from Kamen Rider Drive, Krim Steinbelt (クリム・スタインベルト, Kurimu Sutainberuto) was a scientist who developed the Core Driviars, a technology which used to empower the Drive System. Though he was killed by his traitorous partner, Tenjuro Banno through his loyal servant Roidmude 004 (who copied Krim's appearance), he was able to convert into an A.I. and place it in what would become the Drive Driver (nicknamed Mr. Belt (ベルトさん, Beruto-san)); used by two iterations of Kamen Rider Drive: Proto Drive (Chase), and later the present-day's Drive (Shinnosuke Tomari).

During the events of Heisei Generations Forever, Mr. Belt was seen supporting Drive as they joined the Heisei Riders in saving civilians. During the events of Kamen Rider Zi-O the Movie: Over Quartzer, Krim utilized a solid hologram of his old body as he requests Sogo to travel to 16th century Japan to protect his ancestor, Clara Steinbelt, from the Quartzers and ensuring Drive's existence. Once they accomplished their job, Krim handed Sogo his own version of the Drive Ride Watch. After obtaining the power of Ohma Form, Zi-O summoned the Heisei Riders to his aid, including Drive with Krim as the Drive Driver once more.

Chris Peppler (クリス・ペプラー, Kurisu Pepurā) reprises his role as Krim Steinbelt.[18]

Go Shijima

Also returning from Kamen Rider Drive, Go Shijima (詩島 剛, Shijima Gō) is a freelance photographer and the younger brother of the Special Investigations Division member Kiriko Shijima, both the children of Tenjuro Banno. Go would later become Kamen Rider Mach (仮面ライダーマッハ, Kamen Raidā Mahha) under the guidance of Professor Harley Hendrickson.

In Kamen Rider Zi-O the Movie: Over Quartzer, Go aids Sougo in his trip to the Sengoku period to save Krim's ancestor and to ensure the existence of Chase despite his impending death in 2015. Although Go lost his powers and memories as a Kamen Rider after he relinquished his Ride Watch, he regained them at the height of Sogo and Geiz's rebellion against the Quartzers.

Yu Inaba (稲葉 友, Inaba Yū) reprises his role as Go Shijima.[18]

Kamen Rider Brain

Also returning from Kamen Rider Drive, the Brain Roidmude (ブレンロイミュード, Buren Roimyūdo), or Brain (ブレン, Buren) for short, was a Bat-Type Roidmude and one of the 108 Roidmude units; a race of malevolent androids created by the joint collaboration of Dr. Banno and Krim. Brain was the last of the first three units to be created, which Banno corrupted to eliminate Krim. When Banno, now Gold Drive, took command of the remaining Roidmudes and brainwashed Medic, Brain becomes committed to saving her after feeling guilty for participating in her downfall; later sacrificing himself to take her place in stabilizing the Sigma Circular as a favor to Heart. In the V-Cinema, Drive Saga: Kamen Rider Brain, Brain, Heart and Medic's remains were reconstituted by Go in an attempt to revive Chase. After the fact, Brain dreams of becoming Kamen Rider Brain (仮面ライダーブレン, Kamen Raidā Buren) to stop the evil organization Mu from wiping out individuality on Earth.

In Kamen Rider Zi-O the Movie: Over Quartzer, Kamen Rider Brain appeared as part of the reinforcements who stood against the Quartzers' Kasshine army.[4]

Paradox

Returning from Kamen Rider Drive: Surprise Future, the Paradox Roidmude (パラドクスロイミュード, Paradokusu Roimyūdo), or Paradox (パラドクス, Paradokusu) for short, was initially the Spider-Type Roidmude 108 and servant of Banno. Sealed away by his own kind due to his unruly behavior, Paradox broke free in 2035 and defeated Shinnosuke's future son Eiji Tomari. He then stole Eiji's identity and his future Kamen Rider Dark Drive (仮面ライダーダークドライブ, Kamen Raidā Dāku Doraibu) powers; before traveling back in time to 2015 to merge with his past self to become an evolved Roidmude and cause the second Global Freeze early. However, Paradox is destroyed by Shinnosuke as Drive Type Special, preventing the dystopian future.

In an alternate reality, Paradox succeeded in his goal before being summoned to Another World by Swartz in order to become the Another Rider Another Drive (アナザードライブ, Anazā Doraibu). Paradox was tasked with eliminating Heure and Ora; mimicking the latter's appearance to instill confusion amongst them and the Time Riders. After Ora mercilessly kills Heure to ensure her own survival, the Roidmude is destroyed by a vengeful Grand Zi-O. As Another Drive, Paradox can summon the Another Tridoron (アナザートライドロン, Anazā Toraidoron) car, launch a flaming tire projectile, shoot energy beams from a twisted version of Drive's Door-Ju (ドア銃, Doa Jū, Door Gun) mounted on the left arm, and retains the signature Roidmude abilities (mimicry and producing a Heavy Acceleration (重加速, Jūkasoku) field).

Instead of being reprised by Rikiya Koyama (小山 力也, Koyama Rikiya), Paradox is voiced by Ayaka Konno (紺野 彩夏, Kon'no Ayaka), who also portrays the Roidmude's disguise as Ora.

Chase

Also returning from Kamen Rider Drive, Chase (チェイス, Cheisu) is a Roidmude prototype who was originally Krim Steinbelt's assistant Roidmude 000, dubbed Proto Zero (プロトゼロ, Puroto Zero), who copied the appearance of the traffic police officer Koichi Kano (狩野 洸一, Kano Kōichi). During the Global Freeze, Proto Zero became Kamen Rider Proto Drive (仮面ライダープロトドライブ, Kamen Raidā Puroto Doraibu) to battle the rampaging Roidmudes until he was captured and reprogrammed by Freeze, Heart, and Brain to work for them as their enforcer Mashin Chaser (魔進チェイサー, Mashin Cheisā). But Chase regained his former memories and joins the other Kamen Riders against the Roidmudes as Kamen Rider Chaser (仮面ライダーチェイサー, Kamen Raidā Cheisā). Chase is destroyed while helping Go fight Banno, but the latter avenged him and went on to travel the world so he can find a way to restore him.

In an alternate timeline, Chase remains on the Roidmudes' side and defeated Drive before Mach could help him. This particular Chase came to Sogo's world after the Drive Ride Watch was destroyed, leading an army of numberless Roidmudes and numerous other monster grunts. After absorbing Geiz's memories of his original self however, Chase switched sides and aided the Time Riders. His death at the hands of Another Decade causes Tsukuyomi to acquire her own Ridewatch and allow her to become a Kamen Rider.

Taiko Katono (上遠野 太洸, Katōno Taikō) reprises his role as Chase.

Kamen Norider

Takeshi Kinashi

Kamen Norider (仮面ノリダー, Kamen Noridā), whose identity is Takeshi Kinashi (木梨 猛, Kinashi Takeshi), is a parody character of the original Kamen Rider based on a 1980s skit by comedy duo Tunnels; though they did so without Toei's permission. In 2013, however, Toei registered the trademark.

In Kamen Rider Zi-O the Movie: Over Quartzer, Takeshi was revealed to be a cyborg who failed to become a Heisei Rider, but still dedicated his life to fighting evil. Imprisoned by the Quartzers prior to the events of the movie, Takeshi discovered Sogo imprisoned next to his cell and encouraged the boy to keep being a hero; even if he was never the original King of Time to begin with. Although Tsukuyomi and Go freed Sogo after that, Takeshi remains imprisoned and watched Zi-O's victory against Kamen Rider Barlckxs from his cell.[4]

Noritake Kinashi (木梨 憲武, Kinashi Noritake) reprises his role as Takeshi Kinashi.
