This page lists the songs and artists that have won Melodifestivalen, the Swedish preselection for the Eurovision Song Contest. There was no competition in 1964, 1970 and 1976.

Notes
- The Swedish Eurovision singers in 1959, 1960 and 1961 were chosen internally by SVT, the songs were performed by different singers at Melodifestivalen.
- The band's name was changed to "Nova" for Eurovision in order to avoid confusion between the band and the country of the same name.
- The song's title was changed to "Boogaloo" for Eurovision to avoid using a brand name.
