Kudavasal taluk

KUDAVAASAL Taluk (KUDAVAASAL Taluk) is a taluka in Thiruvaroor District of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The headquarters of the taluk is the town of Kudavasal.

Demographics

According to the 2011 census, the taluk of KUDAVAASAL had a population of 205,625 with 102,597 males and 103,028 females. There were 1,004 women for every 1,000 men. The taluk had a literacy rate of 75.78%. Child population in the age group below 6 was 9,454 Males and 9,247 Females.[1]
