Interpretation

All alone, sitting in the corner of my room
Growing old just being so lost in thought
Wondering “what if?” and daydreaming away
People would laugh if they could hear my thoughts

Are you all happy being the same?
Even if you chase after a normal life, there’s no guarantee you’ll win
So I’d rather be true to myself, even if it makes me anxious

Whenever you give me a like
Whenever you give me a like
I lose my manners, I can’t sit still
I don’t wanna break our link
I wanna glitter with all my might
even if you’re not next to me

In this song, we have the word “fuketeru” which means to run away from something, like work or responsibilities. But it can also mean to grow old/age visibly, which is very cleverly shown in the video with Kyary’s kawaii beard all grown out. [3]

gollark: Nowadays even my personal site on a raspberry pi can handle even *two* refreshes a second!
gollark: TJ09 probably *could* just have twiddled some stuff somewhere to make embedding egg pages as iframes not work, but *no*.
gollark: :/
gollark: I completely disagree. Affecting *all the users of each site* as part of a petty thingy between the sites is BAD.
gollark: That's so TJ09.
