Plot

Marino (Carlo Verdone) and Glauco (Enrico Montesano) enlist with the Carabinieri in order to change their lives and find stability and maturity through the profession. During training, they also find a third partner in Adalberto (Massimo Boldi), sickly heir to an affluent family, also pursuing a law enforcement career in an effort to grow more independent. They share various adventures during different missions, typically handled with much clumsiness if still good will. Eventually Adalberto gets killed, while the friendship between Marino and Glauco seems to break down, as the latter starts dating Marino's cousin, Rita, whom the former had been always loving and hoping to conquest despite the family ties. Harmony is recovered at the end, when Glauco saves the old friend and a group of boy scouts which had been taken hostage by a madman on the same train.

Cast

gollark: Skill issue: just sync your clocks off GPS.
gollark: I agree. Since I wrote a Macron interpreter using Codex it's been fully solved.
gollark: You might have to do things like, I don't even know, gradient descent.
gollark: Just assume the nonlinear things are linear. Nobody will notice.
gollark: Poorly!
