The Allmusic review stated "Eddie Harris comes up with another LP full of abrupt changes of gear... Some of this music sounds a bit routine for Harris but the range of idioms is extraordinary and it was apparently recorded in just one day".[3]

Personnel

gollark: The only part which deals with high voltages is the power supply. But I guess it could be something else crackling somehow. Possibly really weird fans.
gollark: That's generally what generates ominous crackling noises for me.
gollark: Did you try unplugging the power supply lead and plugging it back in?
gollark: More storage is also possible.
gollark: I suppose it's plausible that you could add more RAM if you get really dense DIMMs.
