Highway M28 (Ukraine)

M28 is a Ukrainian international highway (M-highway) in southern Ukraine that runs from Odessa to Yuzhne along the coast of Black Sea. Until 1 January 2013 the route was known as territorial road T-16-06.

gollark: One alternative interpretation I read somewhere was coordination problems - people don't do much because they feel like it won't be useful unless other people also do.
