Heian-hoku Prefecture

Heian-hoku Prefecture (平安北道, Heian-hoku-dō) was one of the administrative divisions of Korea during Japanese rule, with its capital at Shingishū. The prefecture consisted of modern-day North Pyongan, North Korea.
