Transport
As the centre connects with major pedestrian malls there is no direct vehicular transport to the location, although Wellington Street comes the closest. However, the area is well served by bus links along St Georges Terrace, as well as services from the Wellington Street Bus Station and the Elizabeth Quay Bus Station. Rail services are available from the nearby Perth railway station.
Former structure
The western portion of the structure sits on the site of the former Padbury Buildings on the eastern side of Forrest Place.
Redevelopment
As of November 2017 the entire complex that includes the Myer building at the centre is being re-developed.[3]
