Altiplano chinchilla mouse

The Altiplano chinchilla mouse or achallo (Chinchillula sahamae) is a species of rodent in the family Cricetidae. It is the only species in the genus Chinchillula. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, and Peru.
