Broadway, New Jersey
Broadway is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Franklin Township, in Warren County, New Jersey, United States, that was created as part of the 2010 United States Census.[8][9][10] As of the 2010 Census, the CDP's population was 244.[3]

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP had a total area of 0.371 square miles (0.962 km2), including 0.371 square miles (0.961 km2) of land and 0.000 square miles (0.000 km2) of water (0.03%).[1][11]
Demographics
Census 2010
The 2010 United States Census counted 244 people, 106 households, and 62.010 families in the CDP. The population density was 657.4 per square mile (253.8/km2). There were 127 housing units at an average density of 342.1 per square mile (132.1/km2). The racial makeup was 97.13% (237) White, 0.00% (0) Black or African American, 0.00% (0) Native American, 1.23% (3) Asian, 0.00% (0) Pacific Islander, 0.00% (0) from other races, and 1.64% (4) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.69% (9) of the population.[3]
Of the 106 households, 16.0% had children under the age of 18; 39.6% were married couples living together; 13.2% had a female householder with no husband present and 41.5% were non-families. Of all households, 31.1% were made up of individuals and 12.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.30 and the average family size was 2.89.[3]
16.0% of the population were under the age of 18, 14.3% from 18 to 24, 18.4% from 25 to 44, 35.2% from 45 to 64, and 16.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 45.3 years. For every 100 females, the population had 100.0 males. For every 100 females ages 18 and older there were 93.4 males.[3]
