Brazilian Confederation of Aquatic Sports

Confederação Brasileira de Desportos Aquáticos (CBDA, Portuguese for 'Brazilian Confederation of Aquatic Sports') is the governing body of Swimming, Water polo, Synchronised swimming, Diving, and Open water swimming in Brazil.[2] Formed in 1977, it is headquartered in Rio de Janeiro. CBDA is a member of the International Swimming Federation (FINA), Swimming Union of the Americas (ASUA) and the South American Swimming Confederation (CONSANAT) and it is affiliated to the Brazilian Olympic Committee.
