Binibining Pilipinas 1999 (Miss Philippines 1999) was the 36th edition of the Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI) which took place on February 20, 1999 at the Araneta Coliseum, with a delayed broadcast by GMA Network.

A total of 30 candidates competed with Janelle Bautista proclaimed as the Bb. Pilipinas-Universe, and crowned by 1998 titleholder Jewel May Lobaton. Janelle Bautista later had to resign because of citizenship issues and was replaced by Miriam Quiambao.[1][2]
