Binibining Pilipinas 2006 (Miss Philippines 2006), was the 43rd edition of the Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI) which took place on March 4, 2006. The pageant was broadcast by GMA Network from the Araneta Coliseum.

26 candidates were initially announced, but 2 ladies backed out, bringing it to 24 official candidates. The event was hosted by Dingdong Dantes, Dennis Trillo, and Pia Guanio. Guest performers included Cueshé, Alfred Vargas, Dion Ignacio, Andrew Wolff, and Jeremy Marquez.

At the end of the night, 25 years old Lia Andrea Ramos was crowned by Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2005 (also Miss Universe Photogenic) Gionna Cabrera as the new Bb. Pilipinas-Universe titleholder. Anna Maris Igpit was crowned as Philippine representative to Miss World 2006 by Bb. Pilipinas-World 2005 (and Miss World semi-finalist) Carlene Aguilar. Precious Quigaman, Bb. Pilipinas-International 2005 turned Miss International 2005 (she still retained her title despite winning, unlike other national pageants), crowned Denille Lou Valmonte as the new Bb. Pilipinas -International titleholder.
