gollark: There was some cut-down SVG format for mobile devices which dropped JS and similar features, but then added it in in a later version for some deranged reason?!
gollark: Haiku has HVIF but nobody supports that.
gollark: SVGs now contain JavaScript for some horrifying reason, and the XML-based format is not efficient.
gollark: It would be nice if there was a better vector graphics format than SVGs.
