The 2019 EFL League Two play-off Final was a football match played at Wembley Stadium on 25 May 2019.[1] By winning the game, Tranmere Rovers won promotion to the 2019–20 EFL League One.[2]

  • Penalty shoot-out if scores still level
  • Seven named substitutes
  • Maximum of three substitutions, with a fourth allowed in extra time
