gollark: PotatOS PotatoUpdate does its downloading in parallel by running `http.get`s in separate coroutines, because the snazzy `http.request` version which I think used to exist did not really work.

gollark: Basically, you need to save important persistent data to files.
gollark: Global variables and whatnot are *not* saved.
gollark: Since your computer just shuts down when unloaded and later starts up data is only persisted in files.
