Notes:
- Salmantino was relegated to the last tier by the Federation, as it is considered a new club and would not occupy the vacant place of UD Salamanca B when it was dissolved.[4] Its place is occupied the next season by CD Villamuriel.
- Promoted from Primera Regional: Sporting Uxama (11 years after), Santa Marta (One year after) and Ciudad Rodrigo (33 years after).
