1998 Fed Cup World Group II

The World Group II was the second highest level of Fed Cup competition in 1998. Winning nations advanced to the World Group Play-offs, and the losing nations were demoted to the World Group II Play-offs.

gollark: Windows gives you forced updates, telemetry, Candy Crush, general resource wastage, randomly breaking other OSes you have installed, and in-OS advertising. Linux distros don't have this.
gollark: Wait, is it running it in a VM now or something?
gollark: I mean, I think you need to do some hackery to make GUI apps work, but generally most stuff is available, sure.
gollark: It has somewhat limited Linux available, sure, but you also get all the *wonderful* features of Windows.
