- Žalgiris-2 were demoted to the lower league due to the regulations of LFF, as were a reserve team of Žalgiris.
- Jėgeriai were demoted to the lower league due to the regulations of LFF, as were a reserve team of FBK Kaunas.
- Lokomotyvas were won the play-off, but later were withdrew from the league and dissolved.
- Mastis were withdrew from the league after twelve rounds.
