Šimanovci
Šimanovci (Serbian Cyrillic: Шимановци) is a village in Serbia. It is situated in the Pećinci municipality, in the Srem District, Vojvodina province. The village has a Serb ethnic majority and its population numbering 3,358 people (2002 census).

Name
The name of the town in Serbian is in the plural, and therefore it is grammatically correct to refer to it as "Šimanovci are" instead of "Šimanovci is". A hypothetical singular version of the name would be Šimanovac.
