Bačinci

Bačinci (Бачинци ) is a village located in Syrmia, Vojvodina, Serbia. It is situated in the Šid municipality, in the Syrmia District. The village has a Serb ethnic majority and its population numbering 1,180 people (2011 census).

Name

The name of the village in Serbian is in the plural, and therefore it is grammatically correct to refer to it as "Bačinci are" instead of "Bačinci is". A hypothetical singular version of the name would be Bačinac

gollark: I don't think you can blame it on just that. The American system appears to also have lots of bureaucracy, and indirection which reduces the incentive to have low prices.
