Pellius Verginix
Pellius Verginix was the fourth child of Wind Jackal and Hirmina Verginix. He died, along with his brothers and his mother in the Great Fire of the Western Quays that was quartermaster Turbot Smeal's revenge on Wind Jackal.
In the Second Age of Flight, his portrait was discovered by Rook in the Sunken Palace.
