Leaguesmen.
Leaguesmen were the united merchants of the Leagues of Undertown in the First Age of Flight. Leaguesmen were highly ambitious, quarrelsome, evil, corrupt, and contentious, eager to get one over on their competitors. It was a common practice for Leaguesmen to loot the house of a deceased comrade. They hated sky pirates, and sky pirates hated them.
