Zantetsuken (5e Spell)

You teleport to an enemy and slash them with a blade, rending them apart. Make a melee spell attack against a creature within range. On a hit, you teleport to any open space within 5 feet of the target and strike the target with your focus component, dealing 6d12 slashing damage instead of the weapon's normal damage.

Range:	30 feet
Components:	V, F (a weapon that deals slashing damage)
Duration:	Instantaneous

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d12 and the range increases by 10 feet for each slot level above 4th.
