Tentacles (5e Spell)

You tear a hole to the Far Realm from which emerges a 15 foot long tentacle. This tentacle may perform actions such as grappling, opening doors, taking items (but cannot wield weapons). It can also attack creatures dealing 1d4 bludgeoning damage. The tear closes once the spell is cast again or when the caster dismisses it as a bonus action.

Range: 30 feet
Components: S, V
Duration: Instantaneous

At Higher Levels. You can summon one extra tentacle at level 5, again at level 11, and at level 17. Each of these tentacles roll separately for attacks and can aid each other on actions such as grapples.
