Poisoned Blade (5e Spell)

You coat your weapon with a deadly poison created by magic. As part of the action used to cast this spell, you must make an attack with a weapon against one creature within the spell's range, otherwise the spell fails. On a hit, the target suffers the normal effects, takes an extra 1d6 poison damage and must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, it is also poisoned until the end of your next turn.
