Chakra. Kinshiki has 2000 chakra points which he can expend. Kinshiki regains 200 chakra points at the beginning of each of his turns.

Legendary Resistance (4/Day). If Momoshiki fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Chakra Sense. Momoshiki can sense chakra and magical effects within 100 feet of him.

Ōtsutsuki Resistance. Momoshiki has advantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws, has a damage resistance of 30, and takes 3 less damage from all sources.

Ōtsutsuki Regeneration. At the beginning of each of his turns, Momoshiki regains 20 hit points and 10 chakra points.

Wild Lion's Mane. Momoshiki is immune to one instance of the restrained condition that is not from genjutsu each round.

More Canon Variant. Momoshiki is immune to all jutsu, excluding taijutsu and Sage Art jutsu. This feature is optional, as it makes many subclasses almost useless.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Momoshiki can make 7 Unarmed Strike attacks.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +24 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 54 (6d12 + 10) magical bludgeoning damage.

Lightning Style Bullet: Ibuki (8-2000 Chakra). Melee Weapon Attack: +24 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d6) piercing damage + 29 (4d8 + 10) lightning damage. Momoshiki can move up to 15 feet toward his target as part of his action. He may deal an additional 5 (1d8) lightning damage per additional chakra points spent.

Deep Crimson Spiral (24 Chakra). One creature within 45 feet must succeed a DC 32 Dexterity saving throw or take 69 (12d8 + 10) force damage.

Tailed Beast Bomb (45 Chakra) Momoshiki fires a beam of chakra in a 240 ft. cone. Every creature within range must succeed a DC 32 Constitution saving throw, taking 220 (40d10) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If this damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, it is disintegrated. A disintegrated creature is reduced to a pile of fine gray dust. The creature can be restored to life only by means of a true resurrection or a wish spell. This automatically disintegrates nonmagical objects or creations of magical force.

Inukaitakerunomikoto (1+ Chakra). Momoshiki summons a creature of his choice anywhere within 30 feet, spending as much chakra as the creature's CR. Its type becomes construct, and it gains Momoshiki's damage resistances, immunities, and condition immunities.

Reign of the High Emperor: Release. Momoshiki uses the jutsu he absorbed, spending at least as much chakra as the original jutsu used.

REACTIONS

Reign of the High Emperor: Absorb (5 Chakra). As a reaction to being targeted by a jutsu that deals damage, Momoshiki causes the jutsu to fail. He can not use this again until he has used Reign of the High Emperor: Release.

Momoshiki is typically calm, collected, and calculating. Like Urashiki, he is sadistic, though not to the same extent. His Ōtsutsuki superiority is beyond that of any of his clan, extending even to his own foster father Kinshiki. Despite this, he remains loyal to his clan's beliefs, most specifically the importance of power and that the best way to acquire and centralize it is through self-sacrifice. He does not believe in hard work, instead relying absorbing the power of others, leaving him unskilled in taijutsu. After fully absorbing Kinshiki, he underwent a dramatic change. He is cowardly when faced with a real challenge, and is unable to accept defeat, even in death...
