Forget (5e Spell)
Target creature must make a wisdom saving throw. If you are in combat with the creature, it has advantage on the roll. If it fails, the creature forgets everything it has ever learned and becomes extremely disoriented. It remembers how to breathe and basic survival functions, but nothing else. The spell can be stopped at any time, and is ended by a remove curse or greater restoration spell.
