Fire Absorption. Whenever the fire keese is subjected to fire damage, it takes no damage and instead gains a number of hit points equal to the fire damage dealt.

Fire Cloak. The fire keese’s body is eternally burning with magical fire, which sheds light as a torch. Any creature which physically touches it takes 3 (1d6) fire damage. and takes another 3 (1d6) fire damage at the end of each of its turns unless it uses its action to extinguish the flames.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage, and the target is exposed to the keese’s fire cloak.

The body of a fire keese is a mix of orange, its body glowing with eternal flame. They are most common in areas of active volcanic activity. They can also be found after forest fires, or in vicinities routinely lit by open flames.
