Evolved [General]
Your DNA has evolved beyond that of a normal human. You have developed an extraordinary power.
Benefit: You may learn an Evolved-based Power Skill as a class skill.
This feat also allows you to take other Power-based feats.
The character gains the Evolved Subtype.Normal: Without this feat, you can not gain any ranks in Power Skill or select other Power-based feats.
Special: You may take this feat only once and at character creation. Other means may allow a character to gain access to this feat, but that is at the GMs decision.
