You slam your mace into the ground as a film of water rushes to a target in range, water rises at the target location to encompass the target, they must make a strength save or take 1d8 Water damage and are moved up to 10 feet in any direction of your choice. This spell’s damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 1th level (3d8) and 17th level (4d8).
