You create a tether of water to your dagger then throw it at a target in range, then return it attacking for a second time, make two ranged spell attacks against a single target in range, each hit deals Water damage. The spell’s damage increases when you reach higher levels. At 5th level, the attack deals an extra 1d4 damage to the target, at 11th level (2d4) and 17th level (3d4).
