Amorphous. The buzz blob can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.

Legacy of Cukeman. If the buzz blob is the target of a spell but doesn't take damage from it, it transforms to gain a functional mouth, and thus becomes able to speak any language it knows. The buzz blob can revert this transformation at will. The transformation reverts involuntarily if the buzz blob is reduced to 0 hit points or falls unconscious.

Shocking Cloak. The buzz blob’s body is cloaked with crackling electricity, which sheds flickering and flashing light effectively identical to that of a torch. Any creature which touches it directly or with an electricity-conducting weapon (including most metal weapons) takes 10 (3d6) lightning damage. If the creature takes this damage, it must also succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or drop everything it is holding and be paralyzed until the end of its next turn. The buzz blob can suppress or reactivate its shocking cloak as a bonus action.

ACTIONS

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack. +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) bludgeoning damage, and the target is subjected to the buzz blob's shocking cloak.

Withdraw. The buzz blob reduces itself to a formless puddle on the ground, and remains as such until the start of its next turn. While withdrawn, the buzz blob is incapacitated; it has immunity to nonmagical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.

A buzz blob is an oblong mass of green or yellow slime, with its only notable feature being a pair of beady black eyes. One of these creatures is usually surrounded with a field of visibly and audibly crackling electricity, shocking any and all who touch it. These electric shocks enable it to subdue surprisingly powerful prey, which it then slowly absorbs and digests with the acids of its interior.

Hidden Intellect. Unknown to most, buzz blobs contain the mental facilities to understand and process language. The slightest touch of magic enables the creature to momentarily transform its normally featureless face into that of a bizarre creature known as a "cukeman," complete with a mouth capable of speech. In this form, buzz blobs are known to speak eagerly and clearly, but erratically. Their speech is known to be somewhat surreal, as if they only partially understand context or how conversation normally works. This transformation is generally brief, as the buzz blob's face returns to normal when it rests. Adventurers are occasionally approached by buzz blobs with their electric cloak suppressed, which is usually a sign that the blob is hoping to be touched by magic and granted speech.

Unbreathing. The buzz blob doesn't require air.

gollark: Also, it's really fast, 400ms vs a few seconds for the Haskell program.
gollark: The images are big but I could theoretically drop the color space a bit to shrink them.
gollark: And because of the lack of floats I had to do some of the operations kind of hackily.
gollark: This isn't strictly an exact port, because the Haskell version uses floats and for efficiency this doesn't, but who cares.
gollark: It works! Although it's a bit dim for some reason.
