This spell grants the target a bearing of leadership and authority. For the duration of the spell the target has a bonus of +6 to Leadership. Even if the target does not have the feat, the spell grants a temporary ability to attract followers.
If the target of the spell attempts to lead her followers into perilous situations or into an adventure that is contrary to the followers' beliefs, the potential followers receive a Will save to resist.

This spell can only be cast using IV - The Emperor as a focus.
