Xebec
Xebec is an anime studio known primarily for the Zoids franchise and Love Hina.
First established in May 1995, the studio is a subsidiary of Production I.G. As such, they has a tendency to use CG in their animation.
Side note: The company's sound effects are similar to the ones Sunrise use.
