A two-volume erotic manga created by Koume Keito, and adapted into a two-episode Hentai OVA, The Pollinic Girls Attack! details allergy season in a strange version of Japan wherein pollen manifests itself as hordes of naked uninhibited girls (and sometimes boys!) that flit about and instill allergic reactions upon the unsuspecting populace--sometimes two or even three at a time.

The manga also involve several unrelated stories, but who cares--allergy orgies!

• Aliens Made Them Do It The Pollen Girls and guys cause a LOT of people to start.
• Alpha Bitch There's a rich woman in the first episode of the OVA who spends much of her time complaining about how she has never orgasmed before. One of her maids decides to help her out by recruiting one of the woman's subordinates who had a crush on her to sleep with her. After a fairly extensive session together, she FINALLY reaches her limit and they both have an Immodest Orgasm together. After that, the guy thought maybe they could become a couple... She had other ideas, to have him serve as her "pleasure toy".
• Am I Just a Toy to You? Re-read Alpha Bitch, then there are a few other couples that come a little close to this, but thankfully not one of them ever crosses the lines. That said, the titular Pollen girls COULD be considered this. But their existence alone is questionable, as is everything else about them, so don't bother overthinking it.
• Anything That Moves If you have any form of pollen allergy in their world, and it's allergy season... RUN! Or don't.
• A Party - Also Known as an Orgy Thanks to the Pollen Girls, they happen a looooooooooooooooooooot, and occur just about anywhere you can think of.
• Art Evolution The visuals of the anime are quite different when comparing the first and then the final episodes.
• Artistic Licence Biology The Pollen Girls' existence. Apparently pollen in their world can take the form of sexy naked girls and guys too, and the symptoms of allergies caused by them is always sexual. Yet, somehow the pollen girls can be "filtered" using special air conditioning or ventilation systems, and it can even be collected into jars where it looks like normal dust until released and scattered into the air.
• Awakening the Sleeping Giant: In order to defend herself against a lascivious maid in the first chapter of the second volume, a girl brings out a bottle of pollen, asking for their help. It's all downhill from there.
• B-Movie: The title invokes one.
• Be Careful What You Wish For: One chapter has an otaku wish he could be a visual-novel character. So, he leaps into an 18-and-up visual novel and is promptly killed by a School Days-esque high school girl.
• Bigger is Better in Bed Played with. A newlywed couple has issues consummating their marriage given the respective size differences between her and him. He comes up with the idea of having her "practice" and "develop" her body to become accustomed to more until they are finally able to actually have normal sex. Afterwards though she turns this around on him by suggesting he try to make his d-ck bigger.
• Book Ends There is not big continuous plot to follow overall. It's just a series of small glimpses into their world with looks at a select bunch of couples and people. As such, a lot of their stories are short, sweet, and resolved (mostly) by the end of their segments. Some appear more than once, others don't. But the biggest book end is at the end of the final episode where there's a parade and the float is covered with Pollen Girls, topped off with the central couple of that episode, AND at the same time, a few of the other couples from the previous episodes actually appear on the float as well, such as the Rich Bitch and her lover from episode 1.
• But I Would Really Enjoy It A few of the couples end up trying out various things, usually the guy asks the girl to try something they think of, but some of the girls suggest things too.
• But Not Too Bi The Pollen entities come in the form of girls and guys. THEY don't necessarily have any preference and only go after people who they (somehow) know have "allergies" from whatever type of pollen they are. Hence, the pollen girls (and guys) can and DO gang up on humans of both gender.
• Caught with Your Pants Down Not quite in the cheating way, but the pollen girls and guys are on the prowl for anyone with allergies to them so they can... get intimate with them. You could be wearing tons of clothes or doing anything you can try hide your privates, but they always seem to find ways around any deterrent. One humorous case happens to a guy who was having kinky sex with his girlfriend outside, and right after they finished, his anti-allergy medicine wore off... Said medicine was to keep pollen males away... You can guess what happened next. Don't worry it isn't focused on for more than a quick laugh.
• Chekhov's Gun The pollen beings. Even in parts NOT directly caused by them, they can still be brought up or even sneak into the scene, such as once when a girl tosses a jar full of pollen inside an indoor water park.
• Conveniently-Common Kink Sex in public or in front of others. With all the pollen girl attacks on people, they see people having sex in public is viewed as mostly acceptable, though some still get embarrassed by it. At first.
• Cold Turkeys Are Everywhere: A housewife that's trying to abstain for a week finds herself shopping for mushrooms at the grocery storm...
• Coming and Going The Pollen girls will swoop in seemingly from nowhere during allergy seasons. Have sex and start orgies all over the place, but after that? No idea. They just seem to disappear, and no one bats an eye.
• Do You Want to Copulate? Some of the couples ask one another about this at the most random times, except that it's usually because the pollinic girls are causing mass orgies to break out all over the place.
• Eating the Eye Candy There are those who TRY to resist their allergies through a variety of techniques, but they almost always either fail, backfire, or wear off. Leading to exactly what you expect... Society it seems is so numb to this that lots just see it as an inconvenience.
• Ethical Slut By their world's standards, nobody seemingly holds it against someone when they have sex in public. Sure it's still seen as a bit embarrassing to some, but otherwise nobody seems to think less of anyone for it since from their perspective, they're just seeing someone afflicted with allergies.
• Everybody Has Lots of Sex Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and LOTS of it. Usually thanks to the pollen "people", but not always the direct cause. In fact, during the shots of the mass orgies occurring all over the place, one may notice that there ARE couples among those having sex that are not involved with the pollinic girls.
• Flat Character The Pollinic girls never speak or do anything that isn't related to sex. Then again, that's part of this series' quirky charm. Besides, what would anthropomorphic sex-crazed pollen people have to actually talk about?
• Fan Service Naturally.
• Gag Boobs Surprisingly not too often, but the fact that there a humanoid pollen "girls" means they can be considered this.
• Girl-On-Girl Is Hot The series as a whole practically runs on this. Even in-universe, although sex in public or in front of others isn't seen quite as taboo as reality, there are still those who actually take photos of people (especially women) being "attacked" by pollen girls.
• Good People Have Good Sex And looooooooots of it.
• Have I Mentioned I Am Sexually Active Today? With all the pollen girls, it might be easier to count days when one ISN'T active.
• Head-Tiltingly Kinky The title alone invokes this.
• Hide Your Children: Children are quite conspicuously absent, which is likely to keep this hentai from being banned from ever being shown anywhere, even though in-universe some should be witnesses to some of the public displays of sexual activity.
• Huge Guy, Tiny Girl: Or rather, "Average-Sized-Husband, Tiny-Wife". Unique in that their size difference made consummating their marriage difficult... at first.
• I Have You Now, My Pretty Technically speaking, what the Pollen girls and "guys" do to people could be considered a form of molestation if not flat-out rape. Except that it isn't viewed or portrayed quite so negatively for the most part. People literally just act like it's just an ordinary thing for naked "pollen people" to swarm someone and start having sex with them or getting them to have sex with them or someone else. Like it's no different from seeing someone sneeze or have a runny nose.
• Immodest Orgasm Many throughout the series.
• Improbable Species Compatibility Humans... having sex... with pollen... people... Enough said.
• Insatiable Newlyweds A number of newlywed couples introduced are this.
• Jail Bait A lot of characters are DRAWN with younger looking bodies. The Pollen Girls and guys are all young-looking, but there's never any clarification on ages for the humans.
• Kinda Busy Here In their world, people treat getting attacked by the Pollinic girls as no different from anything else you'd expect as a symptom of allergies. So if you walked in on someone being attacked at an office, they're likely to just try to do their work as best they can WHILE still being attacked.
• Leitmotif: Vivaldi's The Four Seasons is used rather often in the OVA adaptation.
• Let's Wait a While A few of the couples attempt this, but thanks to all the allergies, they don't usually wait all that long. One couple is forced into this due to anatomic issues of size between them, but even their case is eventually solved and they are able to have an active sex-life.
• Living Aphrodisiac The Pollen Girls and guys are this to humans "allergic" to whatever type of pollen they are.
• Lolicon Technically no, but... The titular entities, the Pollinic Girls all have very petite and youthful appearances. Granted their actual age is about as old as you'd expect pollen to actually be, so you're best not overthinking it. Also, many of the human women also have very young-looking appearances. To the point that one particular human woman character that had recently been married, but her body is so tiny that she and her husband were unable to actually even consummate their marriage until after she had... trained herself to be able to handle the size.
• Lysistrata Gambit: Played with. A petite housewife has to hold off on sex for about a week in order to undergo a process that will help her accomodate her husband.
• Making Love in All the Wrong Places Thanks to the pollen people, people are seen having sex or large scale orgies breaking out practically EVERYWHERE. Indoors, outside, on buses, at theme parks (yes even ON rides), schools, during parades (yes even on the floats), etc.
• Man of Steel, Woman of Kleenex Humans of steel, pollen girls and guys of Kleenex. How durable they are is never really explained. See MST3K Mantra below.
• Memetic Molester The Pollen Girls and guys are this to just about anyone and everyone, at least those shown with allergies.
• Moe Anthropomorphism: Pollen girls. Ayup.

• MST3K Mantra Don't bother trying to figure out how the Pollinic Girls existence works or why they do what they do. It's just a funny hentai, so don't bother.
• Naked Apron: A housewife invokes this trope in one chapter, after having ignored coitus for a week.
• Naked on Arrival / Naked People Are Funny / Shameless Fanservice Girl: Yeah, the pollen girls wear nothing but the smiles on their faces. They don't really care at all, probably because they're too busy causing allergic reactions.
• Nice Job Fixing It, Villain The Pollen girls and guys aren't actually good or evil, and their reasons for why they do what they do... or how they do it... or how they exist is never explored. That being said, plenty of people see them as a nuisance like any other symptom of allergies. Except that sometimes they actually end up helping some of the couples getting together or taking things further into deepening their relationships.
• No Effort Nookie With Pollen girls, it doesn't seem all that difficult to get laid since THEY are usually the ones taking initiative on those they come in contact with. It's to the point where people just see those having sex with pollen girls as though they were seeing someone dealing with a cough or runny nose. That said, intercourse between humans is still done via traditional relationships and courting.
• Oh Crap These moments happen when people are being attacked by the Pollenic girls or guys. Especially when they had been trying to keep them away, but their attempts fail.
• Older Than They Look: Although Koume Keito's artstyle invokes this as a whole (all of his girls look a good five years younger than they're supposed to be), one chapter involved a 21-year-old girl who had the body of a girl half her age. Played with as she was frustrated she couldn't consummate her marriage with her newlywed husband due to how...small...she was.
• Optional Sexual Encounter Despite the Pollen Girls and guys being very persistent, the humans affected by them don't necessarily HAVE to have sex with them or anyone because of them. It just seems like the methods of deterring them are for most people either too ineffective, too expensive, or more a hassle than just letting the pollen girls do their thing and getting it over with. Discussed in-universe by one of the girls who initially tried using bandages and tape to cover her privates to try and keep the pollen girls off, but they eventually peel off the tape and have sex with her anyway. Later on, the same girl is seen going to school without a skirt on over her red panties and garters, and her explanation is that she may as well not bother with her skirt so long as it was allergy season.
• Pleasure Planet Depending on who you ask and how you view their world.
• Quirky Household In episode 1, there's a woman who is apparently SO wealthy, that she has an air ventilation system that is powerful enough to keep ALL the Pollen away from her or her property, even outside by her pool. Must be one hell of a filter system.
• The Quiet One Some of the characters initially start as this, but then the Pollen girls or guys show up. Others just end up being pulled from their shells thanks to their lovers.
• Ready for Lovemaking What the Pollen Girls generally do to people amounts to this. If it doesn't lead to someone having sex with them, then it leads to the person having sex with another human being. Also, in one of the stories, a newlywed couple had been struggling to consummate their marriage due to a size issue the woman was having, so they practiced and helped her body become accustomed to the size, until one night she couldn't stand it anymore and literally throws herself at her husband saying she was ready.
• Reason You Suck Speech A maid gives out a couple, but the notable one comes from her to her Rich Bitch employer. The subject of said speech? The reason why the mistress had never had an orgasm before. The maid's case? As she puts it, the mistress' heart was "still a virgin" meaning that she had never opened her heart to someone else before. So what was the solution? The maid called in a man that worked for the mistress and had had a crush on her to help her, and it works!
• Really Gets Around With all the pollen girls around, everyone does or rather everyone CAN. Nobody thinks any less of anyone for it either since it's supposedly viewed as a symptom of their allergies.
• Romanticized Abuse Some of what the couples introduced do in the story could be seen as kind of abusive, except that it usually gets nullified with them going into "It's Not Rape If You Enjoyed It" territory, OR it's played comically, OR it turns into Sexual Karma that flips back on the one doing the "abusing".
• Sexual Karma One of the couples shown is into S&M stuff and other Fetish Fuel stuff, but it's usually the guy seeming to "test" things out on the girl. Not that she doesn't enjoy it to some degree. But then, at one point he has them doing something outside in public, and she gets really embarrassed. The Karma comes into play right after they finish, the pollen people start swarming the area, and while the girl is taking it mildly well, she hears the guy shout out distress. Why? Because, apparently he was on medication for keeping allergies involving pollen males away... He had just run out of the meds. Don't worry though, it's played as a gag and nothing is actually shown of it.
• Sex Face Turn A couple is introduced with the guy being very much into a nudist lifestyle while his wife was uncomfortable with going fully nude even during intercourse. He gets an idea for a... "solution" and they try it out: He has sex with her SO much and releases SO much that it looks as though she was actually wearing clothes... made from... And from then on, she claims to have embraced a nudist lifestyle with him.
• Smells Sexy Allergies, pollen, and all that.
• The Bus Came Back There's no real main character in the series, in either the manga or anime, both are just a series of short stories happening in the same general setting to numerous people and couples. Having said that, in the anime adaptation at least, the series' creator seemed to make a point to have some of the characters showing up during one another's stories, be it for something simple or sometimes important. Interestingly, during the final episode, a lot of the characters from previous stories show up by the ending, including the Rich Bitch from episode 1, the office lady's little sister, the mysterious yet perverted maid, and a few others.
• The Ojou: Invoked with a recurring character in both volumes who has the tendency to think of people as playthings.
• The Smurfette Principle: Inverted. There's only one type of male-pollen..er...person. All of the rest are girls, although one other is purportedly hermaphroditic...
• Too Funny to Be Evil From a technical stance, the Pollinic people are actually molesting and raping people, but at the same time, THEY aren't considered human, nor is their sentience actually elaborated upon. In fact there's very little explanation as to how it all works, so you're better off just laughing at the silliness of the situations.
• Untamed Youth The Pollinic girls and guys have pretty much NO limit to their location, nor who they'll go after so long as they "have the allergies" they're a target. Stopping them is close to impossible without a super air filter system, and in terms of appearance, it doesn't look like they "age" or "mature" in any way.
• Victim Falls For Rapist Sort of. It brings up that It's Not Rape If You Enjoyed It issue. Those affected by the Pollen pretty much ALL come to enjoy it at least to some degree. There's also a few couples that seem to go through this to an extent to where one partner ends up embracing and enjoying the others' fetishes, such as one guy getting his wife to embrace a nudist lifestyle with him. Another guy uses kinky sexy toys he designs on his girlfriend, and she comes to enjoy that.
• Walking Shirtless Scene The Pollen girls are always nude, and they are so persistent with some people that they just ditch wearing most of their clothes altogether during allergy season. There's also a segment in the anime with a newly married couple with the husband being an open nudist, but his wife was too shy to embrace such a lifestyle... at first.
• Wanting Is Better Than Having: A girl with a crush on a man she sees on her street every night decides to dump him after hooking up with him in one chapter.
• What Happened To The Mouse? It's unclear what becomes of the pollen girls and guys when all is said and done. Also, some of the characters from the various shorts show up a few times as minor in-universe cameos in other parts, but this applies to those who don't show up again.
• Weirdness Censor: There can be massive orgies on every street, building, amusement park, city park, bus, beach, or national landmark--the reaction for anyone who doesn't suffer allergies is a conversational "Gee, allergy season is rough this year". Until they join in.
