Perverted Drooling

Humans drool in anticipation of food, when asleep, and for other reasons. For this trope, a character drools because they are acting/thinking in a perverted manner. Sometimes accompanied by leering. If a character does this while they are doing Attempted Rape of another character it helps to make them even more of a depraved Complete Monster.

Sister Trope to Nosebleed. Compare Something Else Also Rises, for when arousal is depicted through a visual metaphor. Tongue hanging out and Wolf Whistle are optional.

Anime and Manga

• Chizuru of Bleach sometimes does this when in the presence of another female.
• Captain Continental prepares to rape Jonathan in Legend of the Blue Wolves and appears to wipe some drool from his face.
• In Perfect Blue Me-Mania tries to rape Mima and drools while doing so.
• Naruto: In Konoha Gakuen Den, "Orochimaruko" is portrayed as a transvestite ephebophile who's after Sasuke, which, in turn, ends up Squicking most of the cast. Strangely enough, with the exception of Sasuke himself who drools at the sight.
• In the Full Metal Panic! manga there's a Camp Gay substitute swim teacher who takes an immediate interest in Sousuke and his abilities—an interest which apparently involves blushing, drooling, and having thoughts which are way too suggestive to not be taken as Hot for Student.
• Kara no Kyoukai:: Lio does to Shiki, drooling all over her after ripping open her kimono with his teeth.
• Koharu of Koharu no Hibi sometimes does this in regards to her Yandere crush on Akira.
• Tsukuyomi drools, blushes, and pants during her duel with Setsuna in Mahou Sensei Negima.
  • In chapter 390 Tsukuyomi actually drools and gets a heart in her dialogue bubble when she thinks of how fast Negi Took a Level in Badass. While she does immediately think of him in a sexual manner, it is in the sense of how much sexual pleasure she will derive from fighting him.
• Queen's Blade: Hide & Seek: Chapter 20 shows Elina drooling while having an Imagine Spot of herself cuddling with her elder sister Claudette; complete with hearts and bishie sparkling.
• Ataru Moroboshi does this a lot in Urusei Yatsura.
  • As does Saito in The Familiar of Zero.
• France of Axis Powers Hetalia sometimes does this when he's being his usual lecherous self. It's one of the ways he shows attraction to the other nations.
• In Rosario Plus Vampire Routier does this as she's attacking Fong Fong with a chainsaw.

Comic Books

• Used in Sturmtruppen. Exagerrated when the Sergeant (who was waiting for the new recruits to torture) starts foaming in pleasure.

Film

• LeFou of Beauty and the Beast goes gaa gaa when he sees the Bimbettes. This ends when they "accidentally" spray him with water.

Western Animation

• Homer Simpson usually drools for food, but occasionally he's seen drooling at a sexy woman in the earlier episodes. In one episode he is taking the babysitter home when he sees a gummi stuck to her rear and reaches for it. When she turns and sees Homer reaching for her butt and drooling, she assumes the worst and sues him for sexual harassment.
• Subverted in the Valentine's Day episode of Grossology when Paige appears to be drooling over her crush, but it turns out it was caused by her Valentine's card being laced with a pheromone that causes uncontrollable drooling.
• In a Stressed Eric episode, Eric's boss hires a very hot girl to a high-powered role she seems quite unqualified for, and repeats the phase "just some excess saliva" every time he thinks of her.
• In The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack this is anyone's response to when the comb salesman reveals his beautiful face complete with hearts for eyes.
